      I ordered nearly a month ago, Ive been told twice that my order will ship but Ive yet to receive any shipping notifications. This is utterly ridiculous that they cant get orders out in a timely manner, and their only offer is a 10% discount on future orders which I cant use because I will NEVER be ordering from here again! I want my product and a refund for the inconvenience. At this point, Im not convinced they even have the vinyl I ordered in stock, though they claim to.

      I received a cancellation email (pictured) instead of any confirmation my order has actually shipped. I understand it may have been necessary to process the refund, but how do I know when my order has shipped, since you've stated you're prioritizing the shipment? Will I get tracking information? I need further clarification of the status of my order before I can accept this as resolved.

      This is fraud- a bill of $6.35 was showing up on my Discover card monthly for over a year- Discover was not able to stop it - they credited me every month. I just cancelled my Discover card and got a new card/account number but now they are taking out of my Pay Pal account! This is not authorized- no idea what it is- been going on for over a year. I dont have music subscriptions, play video games, pay for Apps, etc, PLEASE HELP!

      I purchased a vinyl from the Warner Music Group (shown on my credit card statement) and received the wrong item than what I purchased. The item was initially purchased as a pre-order on October 11th. I raised my complaint with them on December 14, 2023. They have yet to provide a resolution to my issue and every follow up gets met with "we are working to resolve the issue".

      I ordered 2 sweatshirts from this companys artist ******************* custom merchandise website. myshop.bensonboone.com I ordered on November 27, 2023 and still havent received it.       Every year I purchase items from this company. Every time I purchase the items are in stock and I order way before the cut off dates for holidays. For the past 3 years I email them and the answer is you can cancel the order if you want. That is the only option with their customer service. No update on shipping or anything. Yet again this year it happens. I would just like a ship update or expected arrival date.

      Over the past few months, Warner Music Group sends emails to enter sweepstakes on their website, get points for following artists on Spotify, etc. to enter sweeps. There is a spin the wheel game and I get points doing that, over 1000 for example, then the points disappear, so I send and email inquiry, they tell me I earned this amount and spent the same amount (which I didn't) I send screenshots and everything, showing I won the $50 prize. They tell me I didn't. (?) More recently, I had a lot of points and was trying to enter a ********************* sweepstakes and kept getting an error message. The deadline has since passed and not only did I miss it, all of my points are gone, I had thousands at this point. I sent another email inquiry and they claim they are looking at it, but they are giving me the runaround again. I unsubscribed and I'm moving on, but I think what they are doing is in bad faith and/or their website is malfunctioning. I just want them to acknowledge that they stole my points.

      June 29 placed $40 order with warner music. 2+ months later items lost and now unavailable. Warner now states they will resend sticker which was $3 flat and only item remaining in stock total with shipping $12.50. I have asked them to cancel and they have refused.

      Bought 5 digital albums off the website on 6/12/2023 for $105.96 total. I received the email with the download links, none of the links would let me download what I purchased. After awhile of trying, their website said I attempted to download too many times and stopped me from attempting anymore. Tried calling customer support but their phone number doesn't even pick up when I call it, its like the number doesn't exist. So I emailed them, and emailed them, and emailed them. I would get some generic excuse like "We're working on the issue sorry for the inconvenience" almost every time. They finally resent the email with the download links but on first attempt of download I'd get the error saying I tried to download to many times...back to square one. After emailing back and forth, they sent me 5 download links of the same album that wasn't even in my original order TWICE. I've now sent multiple emails over 2 weeks demanding a refund because they wouldn't fix the original issue, with no response. I've had it with these people. I attached screenshots of the download error and just some of the MANY emails I sent and received. Order # ********************
