      I ordered a boxed gift set for my wife a week or two BEFORE Christmas! I recieved it Saturday March 16th, 2025!!! Nothing more needs to be said. And by the way, it was way over priced and the T-shirt is of really, really poor quality. Shame on you Warner Music Store. I will be leaving reviews on ****** and Yelp.

      Regret ordering a ******* ******* album which has not shipped after 2 weeks and just got an email saying we are experiencing delays..with no reason!. If you read this BEFORE you buy an album don,t order from here ... buy it from somewhere else.

      Ordered several albums in mid November, still waiting. Received 2 email regarding shipment with a tracking link giving the locations of each stop along its route, ALL written in Chinese. When i wrote back their response your patience will be appreciated . Horrible customer service.

      Rhino entertainment is a horrible company to deal with! Preorder an expensive box set months earlier. They claim to get it to you the day of release, but ship late so no way its possible. Then they charge a high shipping rate and ship a cheap way that goes from *** to the **** which adds 2 to 3 days minimum extra to shipping time. They dont answer phone calls or takes days for email response. And when they respond they dont care and wont refund shipping or anything.

      I preordered an album from an artist I liked.. but made a mistake on my address. I caught it too late, and tried to contact them about either resending or refunding the item when they get it back. I contact the customer service and the only option is email. I emailed twice and get the response "Oh, sorry, we get too many emails so we aren't bothering to respond" and they put a faq in the email and say "I hope this helps" - it does not.. I either want my item or a refund. But there is no one to talk to, so now I have to contact my bank.

      Placed an order with Dead.net and the address was incorrect. They still have not fixed the issue and my package is bouncing from one **** center to another. These people can't tie their own shoes.

      Placed a preorder with them that came damaged asked for a refund or replacement and they said that a replacement would be sent out and that they would email me when it did. That was a month ago and they stopped responding to emails. Now Im stuck with a damaged product. Terrible customer service.

      Horrible! Ordered all time lows new album as a presale. Was supposed to be sent 3/17. Got an email that they had a roadblock. Ok then what. Asked could they just send me a regular cd if they were having trouble with the art card. Was told no. Was told maybe they could cancel my order. Oh and that was after receiving an email from a robot saying they were too busy to answer. Never again. No wonder their ****** reviews are turned off. This company is trash and cares nothing about the bands or their fans

      0 stars impossible to use web site. NO phone support at all!! been trying for 3 weeks. totally frustrating experience. trying to get ************************* 50th box set.This seems the only place with it. will keep looking elsewhere and use these folk again!!

      I placed an order in late November, 2022, and received an e-mail confirmation from Dead.net on 12/9/22 that it had shipped with a tracking number. After numerous e-mails back and forth, whereby the company indicated that it had been shipped, that they were expediting shipment (at no cost to me), and that my request had been escalated to a specialist, I still have not received my order. This has gone on for over a month now and I am extremely dissatisfied with the companys empty promises and inactivity.
