      I am simply needing to change my shipping address for a subscription (order # ********************) because Im moving. Ive filled out the request(Request #******) form on their web site but have not heard anything. They dont have a phone number listed on the web site or I would call.

      Jan 31st 2023 $184.89 - The iamlights merchandise store owned by Warner Music Group claims that orders will ship to/within the **** within 10 business days - I placed an order on the site on 1/31/23 and to this day have never received a shipping update or the order. I have communicated with customer service several times over the past few months and they have claimed 2-3 times that they will submit a ticket to "prioritize my order" and that I will receive a shipping confirmation when the order ships. I have never received a confirmation yet. I requested a refund three times, I have even contacted WMG on the site page about this issue and have received no response.- The customer service team has claimed they are working to resolve my issue but I continue to receive the same empty responses. Months have gone by with very little communication from them, no progress has been made on the status of this order.- I no longer have the confirmation email, as my phone auto deletes old emails unless archived, but my card was charged by this company.

      Hi, I bought a ************************* canvas bag (that came with a free print), and paid ** $54, and with a discount it came to $46.74. All that arrived was the print in a thin cardboard package about 3 weeks later. I ordered the item on January 24 (order number ************_** and tracking number ******************).       I ordered 2 shirts from the Rage Against the Machine Website on December 25th. (Warner Music Group)Waited until after new years to inquire about the order as I was never sent a tracking number. Every inquiry has been responded to with an automated email that does not address the issue of the merchant never sending the item I have paid for. Very frustrating. Please, I would like this order fulfilled or refunded.

      In December 2022, I ordered a ********************* record that came with a poster. On December 19, 2022, $57 and some change was deducted from my checking account to **********************. I never received my package. I have contacted the company three times. The first 2 times, they assured my they were sending my package. This last time, they said they would send it but could not give me a date for shipment. I would like to receive what I ordered or get a refund.

      Additionally, it appears the customer received both an email notification notifying them that their order shipped 3/20/2023, and an email letting them know that the shipment was delivered on 3/24. On the *** website, we're unable to retrieve the tracking page as package details are only made available for shipments within the last four months.

      This company is not selling the same products they have advertised in the artists online merchandise shops. I made a purchase of 2 items. Both items were listed as "in stock", and a processing time of 10 days. It took 2 full months to recieve the items. The colors and quality are 100% NOT what is advertised on their site. The order was refunded, but I don't want other people to have to deal with the headache I had to, just to get a terrible cheap rip off of a product at a premium price. Nearly $80 for 2 T-Shirts and CD. The apparel should be a decent quality, and the same color AT LEAST. It's false advertising, it's deceptive, and it's just not right.

      Placed order on 12/9/2022 for $74.19 for a ******************************* hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. It is now 1/16/2023 and I still have not received my order. I received the confirmation of order email on 12/9/2022, followed by an order has shipped email on 12/15/2023. Upon checking the tracking it just states the label was created. I reached out to Warner music group to find out what the delay was and by email they stated that it was shipped and I needed to contact **** I reach out to *** and they say they never physically received the package only a label was created for the item and that I have to reach back out to Warner music. Now every attempt to contact them I just get sent an email stating they cant respond and to check faqs

      Purchased a hat on December 6th. My purchase included free gift wrap which I did receive on its own. The hat was supposed to arrive by Christmas, and I received notification that it shipped, but the tracking number was invalid, meaning the shipper ***** has no record of ever receiving the package. I contacted the company after Christmas requesting a refund. After several back and forth emails, they decided to reship my item instead. I received a different tracking number which is also invalid, and asked to wait until January 17th for my package to arrive. I still have not received the hat or a refund, and the tracking number is still invalid. The company dead.net/warner music group has continually pushed my request for a refund aside. I paid for something and never received it and I just want my money back.

      Placed an order on the band website ************************** for a t-shirt my son wanted for a Christmas gift on 11/10/22. The order total was $37.88. Order # provided in the confirmation email was **************** Tried to track status on my order on their website on 11/17/22 but there was no record of the order, even though my checking account was charged for the purchase and I received the order confirmation email. Went back and forth with a person named ****** at ************************************ several times and they were not able to tell me anything about when my order would ship for several weeks. On 12/14/22 ****** finally responded with a *** shipping tracking number of ************************** but when I looked this up on the *** website there is no sign of the order. I reached back out to ****** to ask her to check on the shipment but she was not helpful. On 12/25/22 I emailed again telling ************** wanted a full refund for my order since the shipment appeared to be lost and she responded saying my concerns were being escalated to a "specialist" on their team. I have not heard back since then. I want the full amount refunded to my original form of payment since this shipment appears to be lost and I feel like I've been given nothing but the runaround in trying to get customer support.

      I purchased items from a bands Warner Music store on November 22, 2022. My payment account was charged and an order number was generated. The website indicates that purchases made prior to December 8th would arrive in time for Christmas, however that has not been the case. It is December 28th and my order still has not shipped. I was charged $9.99 for standard shipping that would take up to 10 business days for delivery. My attempts to contact the company and find out when I can expect my items have been fruitless and frankly frustrating. At this point, I am deeply concerned that they have taken my money and will not be providing the items I purchased.

      Customer's order ended up being shipped in January due to the holidays. They received a tracking number sent to the email address provided. *** won't be able to track the shipment as it's been past 120 days, but the tracking number was generated for the customer.
