      Black Friday sale but un able to deliver in time for Christmas. I inquired about how to cancel the order if I needed to and they just canceled it. 6 days before Christmas. disappointed and left hanging for a replacement gift. I did manage to get a refund and they did respond to my emails. They also offered discounts on future orders but what good is it if you cant get your merchandise that you order. After reading other reviews I am not alone!

      I should have known better my first order was canceled after waiting months. I am not sure if I was refunded. I placed another order for a different item and it had yet to ship and I haven't heard back on my claim. I hope **** and ***** is aware of the issues and let another business sell their merchandise.
