      I made a payment to road runner for my motorcycle for my October payment for $296 On September 29 then on October ********** runner does an auto pay out of my account for another $296 that wasnt able to go through because there wasnt that much in my account this caused my account to be overdrawn and I was charged $41 I dont believe that I should be liable to pay this $41 because I paid my payment ahead of time so They were not owe the money they attempted to collect that overdrafted my account

      We are sorry to hear about ****************** issues with his account.  However, we have thoroughly investigated the customer complaint and find no error on the part of our company.  The customer had made arrangements to make automatic payments on his account which had been processing his payments for a number of months. The customer subsequently made a payment directly and outside of his regularly scheduled auto-draft payment.  The customer subsequently did not notify our company to cancel or suspend his auto-draft payment and thus the auto-draft was attempted to be deducted from his account on the scheduled date. **************** executed an auto-pay form which clearly states that he must notify us to cease any auto-draft prior to the draft date. Any payments outside of the auto-pay will be applied to his account, but unless advised in advance the system will continue to process auto-payments in accordance with his written instructions. A payment outside of his auto-pay date will not stop or suspend the payment unless we are notified in advance as these are set up to systematically deduct payments from his account.  Accordingly, we cannot refund any overdraft fees on ****************** account.       I paid my loan off and the dealership sent my gap insurance refund to the lender per usual. This lender is withholding my reimbursement and every time I speak to a representative they tell me a different date as to when it was supposedly mailed to me. The receipt online says September 7th one agent told me September 14th and one said September 16th. They are requesting I wait 4 weeks for the check in the mail but that's unrealistic for **** to deliver mail from ******** to *****. Roadrunner Financial is not being honest about when the check was mailed if they've even mailed it. The check they can't seem to get to me is barely over $500 but they've had no problem receiving over 30k from me and my insurance company.
