    I would love to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" to Phil M***** an employee of Broadway Auto Transport! Phil came through for me and my son who was on a military deployment for 9 months. While deployed, his vehicle was brought to my home in another state instead of sitting in storage. When it was time for my so to redeploy back to the **** ******** **. I decided to ship his car back instead of driving it myself. I immediately received an many quotes from auto transport companies. Unfortunately, I accepted the lowest offer from a company who guaranteed quality service at the lowest cost. On pickup day, the company told me that the transporter had maintenance problems, so they had to get another transporter. He said the price to get another transporter at the last minute would cost me double the amount of the initial quote; which I refused to pay. Then, I called Phil of Broadway Auto Transport who was professional, patient, informative, responsive, and compassionate. He helped me calm down and helped me navigate a timely pickup/drop-off date. He connected me directly with the transporter and I was able to get my son's car shipped to *****. Again, I'm very grateful and thankful for Phil M***** for helping me when I needed it the most!!     Had my car shipped from ** to **. Communication of Phil was strong during the entire process. My Porsche arrived safely at my home within 24 hours. Good value compared to other companies out there. I really  how my car was put in a closed trailer, and not some open air trailer. This was a safe option to protect my vehicle.
