      I recently purchased a treadmill on march 03,2022 and enrolled in auto pay it turns out money was never removed from my account and that I have been getting charged extra fees without me knowing . I called customer service and they did not want to resolve my problem and I have provided them with all the details of my purchase and explained that I was enrolled in auto pay and never had any alerts that I had a payment due.

      I bought some stuff from their store in 2017 and I was asked if I'm interested to open credit card to save few bucks, I accepted and give them my information to apply, cashier entered a wrong social security number and wrong address, after couple months, I realized that I did not receive **** from ****** I decided to check my emails and i found that I passed due my payments for the credit card. I quickly called ***** customer service and asked for full **** including penalties and I paid it full. to my surprise, I noticed my credit report from one of the bureau is affected my that. when I found out of about that I called ***** customer service and I explained the situation. Unfortunately, I they don't want listen to my concern, they said if it is reported to the bureau you have to call the credit report bureau who also sent me back to *****. this is not fear, I never behind on any of my bills all my credit cards are payed on time, the only reason this was missed is because the cashier did not have the right information to begin with. I wish ***** handled the situation better and resolved my credit report. I will not have me as customer again .

      Mid June 2022 I became a victim of identity theft. The individual applied for many credit cards/loans etc using my social security number. I have 4 surnames this person could have used. I believe "**********" may be the main name used, but I am not certain. 6/16/22 I filed disputes with Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. Equifax will not remove hard inquiries because there were in fact, hard inquiries made. Equifax referred me to the creditors to have those businesses remove the inquiries. The "fraud" department works the same hours I do. Communication is near impossible. I keep getting connected after much waiting times and explaining situation to the wrong people numerous times. Their fraud departments are for THEIR clients who have been defrauded. No one knows who to connect me to. To date, I have no resolution and have yet speak to anyone who can actually help me. I have a police report. other creditors have sent me affidavits to have notarized. I am willing to do whatever it takes on my part to get this solved, but as stated before, cannot reach the appropriate persons.

      My account was closed in March and I have money in the account. Since March til now July 18 2022 I have not receive my check with my funds that is there since closure. I have called Citibank numerous times and even received reference numbers and still no check. They keep leading me on by telling me ***** business days and thats been since March.

      December 2021 my citi bank acct was closed and referred for closure! They said i should get the remaining money in my acct within 30-60 business days . I never got any mail indicating why my acct was closed for any reason. I have called multiple times and they say they cant tell me why and proceed to hang up. This is very frustrating because how hard is it to mail a check or evenn let me come in and pick my money up. Its been 7months and still dont have my money
