      Anybody who knows me knows I used to love Buffy since I was so satisfied with their Cloud comforter - however, upon moving I ordered a Breeze sheet set and two Cloud pillows which were expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. I am expecting them all week when Buffy sends me an email 7 days after my order was placed informing me that my Breeze sheets are out of stock, so I will have to select another color, get a refund, or wait until they are restocked. At this point my Cloud pillows had already arrived. I was so upset that Buffy kept me waiting a whole week after my order was placed to inform me that the sheets were out of stock, and to make matters worse, there was NO offer of any compensation or discount to make up for the inconvenience. In this time I spent waiting I could have purchased sheets from another company - so thats exactly what I did. I told Buffy I no longer wanted any of the items in my order, got a full refund, and will never purchase another Buffy product again (and their pillows sucked too).

      Absolutely terrible service!!!!The phone number doesnt work and they dont answer the emails. They say it is a simple return process but they dont tell you how to return the item.They say they have a 7 day free trial and you can return without credit card being processed but they give you no way to return the item.Total scam company!

      I ordered 2 medium Buffy pillows and they were completely flat. I fluffed them up to no avail. i attempted to email Buffy support 3 times and they never responded. They had on their website returns within 7 days if not happy. I'm not happy and would like a refund for the $72.00.
