    Ordered a pair of Cowboy boots. They were the Adobe ones. Immediately disappointed with the look and the fit was terrible. I ordered my exact size and was swimming in them. I contacted customer support to ask about a refund or at least exchange (they were bought on sale) She responded with there was nothing she could do as they were bought discounted. BS boots, second pair of shoes Ive ordered now. The first shoes were returned and refunded. This second time, no go.

    Fraudulent tactics in regards to factory seconds. I have been a Thursday Boot owner for years. I ordered two pairs of women's sneakers a week apart for my wife and daughter. One was near perfect and the other was flat out used. Stains in the treads wearing out of the soles and major creases in the leather. It took numerous emails back and forth to finally get a refund. They had stated that factory seconds can include previously tried on shoes. I sent pictures upon pictures between the two pairs and the difference was very noticeable. So basically , they had me return these and will no doubt send them to someone else. I have 4 pairs of Thursday Boots, and probably indirectly been involved with at least ***** pairs of shoes purchased by friends and family due to my rave reviews. I am shocked that they gave me such a hard time and took no responsibility of knowingly using used shoes to sell as factory seconds. Bottom line, they use DECITFUL tactics in their sales process. I will never buy from them again and I am letting everyone know that the customer service is horrible. In the days of numerous vendors to select from for all types of shoe products it is amazing to me that they did not want any of my future business. Shame on this Company. And the final kicker, they offered a $25 gift card to come back. Total lack of responsibility from Thursday Boot

    Don't order from Thursday if you're an international customer - they'll make you pay for shipping for exchanges and have inaccurate sizes. Will never order again.

    Claiming I returned worn boots and refusing me a full refund. I received a pair of Thursdays, tried them on in my living room, took a few steps to look in the mirror, decided I didn't like them, took them off, put them back in the box and mailed them back. I did not wear these boots for more than 1-2 minutes but Thursday is claiming they were returned in worn condition and is only offering me a 50% refund. Are we not allowed to try shoes on? They were returned in the same condition they arrived in, so any issues they are seeing (if there are any) were there to begin with.I am so incredibly disappointed in this company and will never buy anything from them again.

    Ordered a jacket for Christmas. It didnt fit. Tried to exchange sizes but their email responses took so long that they kept becoming sold out. Finally said I would accept a gift card. Mailed the jacket back. It has been over a month and I have not received my gift card or a refund. They will not return my emails. Huge bummer because the jacket was nice and we probably would have purchased more items if not for the incompetent service.

    I wish i had read the reviews first. They are refusing a return, and ive already submitted pics. The boots were fine, the shoes are horrible. Even worse, is their attitude. Had i only searched first. The reviews on their site are cherry picked, over all the BBB, and trust pilot reviews. Look elsewhere.*******

    Buyer beware: I ordered boots from this company on November 26, 2023. On November 27 my credit agency debited my account for the purchase price of $171. Today is December 11, 2023. Two weeks ago Thursday Boots was paid for a product that still hasnt been delivered. I have been communicating with the company via email on their website, and direct text, everyday for a week. Followed the tracking chain, which came to a standstill. Contacted the company theyre using for deliverya second class company Quiet Platforms. They were not able to give a status update for my order. Very unprofessional! ******* I have been communicating with via text keeps me hanging on without a resolution. Very unprofessional and misleading customer service. Either refund the amount debited two weeks ago! Or expedite a new order for delivery with a reputable company, ie. ***** or ***** I have suffered a loss of time and ***** stress trying to track down a product that Ive paid for and in good faith expected to receive. I do 80% of my shopping online. I have never experienced such misleading, uncaring customer service!

    I made a purchase from this company and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Well needless to say I didn't get my item in 2 days. Instead I began receiving emails that i needed to pay more money for shipping. When trying to contact company nobody would answer when I called or reply to my emails until I contacted the bank to get my money back. Then the company replied and *** told me I could get a refund however; now the company is emailing telling I can get a store credit. Why would I want to continue doing business with company that doesn't communicate with you once they get your money. I say that because I called before I placed my order and the gentleman that I spoke with told me sure if I placed my order that day I would receive it in time because it was a gift. Now nobody seems to know who this gentleman is that I spoke with. I wish I had saw previous reviews before my purchase. I've sent photo of the emails I received requesting more money and nothing and on top of everything they have my ****** that I worked really hard to earn and save for this special gift. ****** learned check with BBB before order off a new site.

    Dear ***************Upon checking our inbox, we have responded to your inquiries on several occasion but never received a reply. Based on the tracking information tied up on your package, all items were delivered to your doorstep on October 18th. They were shipped out on October 16th and was delivered just in time.On your correspondence with us, you claimed that the packages were never delivered and you insisted on a refund to which we granted and issued on November 29th, 2023. Because you claimed that the case was due to a lost package, we had to follow a protocol and could not issue a refund right away but we were more than willing to issue a store credit or a replacement initially until an investigation by *** is initiated.We had submitted a claim with *** for this case. All that we ask is that if the packages shows up, please do let us know so that we may be able to recover them.

    They are really taking their time on my return. I cant get my head around whats taking so long. I ordered these boots for my son, but they were too large. So I ordered half size down and he was happy. I returned the too large pair. Well, Im kind of beginning to wonder if I just spend $400+ on nice (but not amazing fyi) boots.

I checked on your return and can confirm that it arrived at our warehouse on November 20th. It can take up to 15 business days once your package has arrived at our warehouse for our team to thoroughly inspect the item and then place it back into our inventory before we can process a refund. According to our record, you have been refunded on December 7th.We strive hard to improve our processes and we assure you that this isn't the usual when it comes to the timeliness of the issuance of refund.     EXCESSIVE RETURN REFUND POLICY. Black Matte Legend Boots for $160.00. Sat down in a chair. I took one boot out and put it on my foot. Stood up. The boot was extremely uncomfortable. Immediately sat down. Took the boot off. Placed back in the box. Returned via shipping return directions. Found out too late that their excessive return refund policy is TEN (10) business days. They have now had my money for TEN (10) business days. My credit card had been charged immediately, but not refunded even within their TEN (10) business day rule. Even if they made a more comfortable product, I would not shop this company ever again due to how long they hold onto your refund.

Yesterday, we finished the inspection.We wish we could have completed this on your behalf faster than you needed it to be.Usually, we can complete inspections and issue refunds within a few business days. Depending on the volume, this could take a few more days, especially now since the high-volume season has already started.We ask for a 10-business day allowance to sort through all the returns sent to our warehouse, but the ultimate goal is to process them quickly.We are always happy to help our customers by checking the status of their returns and expediting whenever possible to ensure that they are taken care of.

    My return was signed for by *****/Thursday Boot on Monday morning at 10:22 a.m., September 18th, 2023. My order credit card charge had been processed at lightning speed. Unlike that, this company chose to start its leisurely policy of taking TEN (10) business days to process my refund on the following day, which added a second weekend for a total of 15 days before my refund was released. Their response was full of excuses, which are signs of the weak and incompetent! Based on this policy alone, I would never shop Thursday Boot again.
