    Purchased Cavalier suede boots for son for Christmas. Within days the suede became unsightly with black patina wherever the foot bent within the boot. Fearing the suede was defective I contacted Thursday. After several e mails and cleaning suggestions using their products the boots looked even worse as the products offered were overkill on an already distressed suede. They claimed it was normal wear and tear not a quality issue. These boots were two weeks out of the box, never worn outside and my son works from home not in a coal mine! I expected an exchange or a cash remediation. What I got was a "courtesy" gift card of $50 to buy another pair of their boots or an exchange for a pair of "seconds" in their inventory. My son decided to take the $50 to resell, they were his boots afterall. He was disappointed and I was embarrassed to have gifted these boots. He will wear them to mow the lawn. $200 boots.... When dealing with a company that wants your satisfaction but stops short of being fair this is the only way to hold them accountable. Don't believe the reviews carefully screened on the website. Do your due diligence. Shop elsewhere!

    Received an e mail from Carlo at Thursday Boot Company today April 14, 2023. This complaint is dated February 3. I think that says it all. I responded and have not heard back.

    Avoid this company at all costs. Literally a Fraud and Scam company. Purchased my boots off their site just to be told youre on high alert and they refused to ship my boots which is spent $430 on.

    If you are about to purchase something from Thursday from anywhere other than **********, think twice.1. Shipping would be lengthy. it says 10 business days. It took more than double of the promised time to arrive.2.You need to cover the shipping charge if you want to return/exchange it.3.Im from ****** and ordered two boots directly from Thursday. Overall experience was not that positive.4.Will not purchase from Thursday again for sure if theyve given me $25 gift card. 5. Reviews on Thursday website might have been cherry picked for positive ones only. (Its misleading from my personal opinion).

We do want our customers to get their orders at the soonest time possible and in the event cases like this arise, we ensure that our customers are updated and work with our delivery partners so that our customers are updated with the whereabouts of their packages.With regards to returns and exchanges, we are still a growing company and while we cannot cover this for our customers in ****** just yet, we have made changes over the past few years to add value to what they invest in us. Up until today, we are still continuously making improvements and getting better.Currently, we can offer free shipping for our customers in ****** for orders amounting to $100 and above. We also cover the cost of shipping out a new pair if our customers choose to proceed with an exchange. In addition to that, our customers also don't have to wait for their returns to reach our warehouse. The moment they send us their tracking numbers, we immediately send out a new pair right away. On top of these, we have also expanded our team of well-trained people who can help customers in getting the best fit possible. Doing this has made a huge impact on the number of customers having to do exchanges over the past few years.Upon reading your feedback, we understand that your overall experience with us wasn't positive and we wished we could have done something to make it better for you. Based on your correspondence with one of our colleagues, we are under the impression that we were able to help you out.     I have attempted to leave 2, one-star ratings for this company on their website for the purchase of a pair of women's sneakers, but the company will not post my review. This is just a warning to consumers that while their products may look nice, they are not worth the money and it seems the company itself isn't very honest, which they claim to be. Very disappointed!

    I three times reached out asking the simple question of "are their width category on boots are EE or EEE as it I'd listed as EE/EEE" I got responses all three times of the same answe of "it fits both" but that is not how sizing works. I've had issues in the past buying both too big and too small that lead to major issues. I tried reaching out a fourth time and could never get an answer. They just want you to buy it and do not care if it truly fits.

However, to give you the best advice, we would need a bit more information about the shape of your foot and the model you'd like to purchase from us.Also, unless otherwise noted, all mens footwear is listed in our custom Standard width. We do not have a universal sizing standard across brands but ours most closely conforms to a traditional D width. Its also slightly wider in a few areas to make the fit more comfortable. We also recommend the Standard width for customers who commonly purchase E widths.In select models, we offer our wide widths which can accommodate both EE or EEE widths.
