    Gave the measurements to a sales rep for an access door opening. Employee assured me it would fit. She also stated in stock items can be exchanged or refunded. The item did not fit and I requested an exchange. Company refused to exchange and did not want the access panel back due to shipping cost. They also demanded pictures of the item?? I sent them the pictures. They agreed everything is okay. The company stated their policy is that they will charge you a restocking fee. On their face page, their is no mention of this. It is embedded down in their policy tab. But the company was an err and still refused to exchange the item. An employee emailed me stating their policy and that that don't exchange in stock items. The company, without my approval, refunded me the door MINUS a 20% restocking fee even though they never took the door back. The employee kept blaming the warehouse. Their warehouse makes the decision. So if you are not going to take the door back why are you requesting photos? Best Access Door is a middleman company for ******* in ******. Bottom line, they will sell you anything but refuse to follow their refund policy.

    I ordered an access door that i ended up not needing and couldn't cancel the order in time and was told that that specific size could not be refunded because it was supposedly custom. I was definitely frustrated but *********************** helped me and was able to find a satisfying resolution to my specific issue. I value the way a company handles their issues and make things right more than if this had been a standard order with no hiccups. They will have my business for my next access door needs. Thank you.

    I needed a custom fire rated access door to be installed in the garage, and Best Access Door made one for me in a very short time. Great door, exactly what I needed. Fire rated access doors are certainly expensive, is what our building inspector wanted to see in the garage.
