Bullion Exchanges accepts a variety of secure payment methods through our website, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, BitPay, wire transfers, eCheck (ACH) via Plaid, and physical checks (cashier’s, certified, or personal checks).

For in-store pickups at our New York City retail location, accepted payment methods include wire transfers, physical checks, eCheck (ACH) via Plaid, and cash. Please note, cash transactions are limited in amount per transaction and per customer on a monthly basis.

Physical checks and eCheck (ACH) payments are subject to a holding period of 5 to 10 business days before orders can be shipped or picked up in-store.

To ensure your locked-in price is guaranteed, payment must be received in full within the applicable time frame based on your selected payment method.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Bullion Exchanges offers a refund, return, or exchange policy on all items sold, provided that all applicable requirements are met. This policy is valid for seven (7) days from the date the customer receives the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Additionally, items that were shipped as described and accurately represented on the website may not qualify for return. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Bullion Exchanges. 

For Bullion Exchanges to review your request for a return, you must email the Customer Service Department at [email protected] within seven (7) days of receiving your item. If your request is approved, you will be provided with specific return instructions. 

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer is fully responsible for all applicable taxes, as well as return shipping, handling, and any associated costs.


If you request an exchange, Bullion Exchanges reserves the right to issue a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable. A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns. Market loss fees may also apply to returned bullion items, at Bullion Exchange's discretion. Any market gains from a return remain the property of Bullion Exchanges.
