5 starsIll give them five stars simply because the delivery person was outstanding and did exactly what I needed. As for the unit itself so far it is water tight but its pretty beat up. As long as it stays water tight is the critical thing.Review fromSherry C

3 starsDispatch girl asked me if a 40 ft truck could come into my property, or did I need the shorter truck. I told her the long truck would be fine, probably better. . . Driver came in the short truck and couldn't unload in the recessed spot I had prepared. Now I have to move the box.Review fromBrian G

Very concerned they have taken my money and no container. I purchased a container a little over three weeks ago from their lead sales **** ******************** with the agreement that they would ship in 3-4 wks. I have now followed up several time to secure delivery and nothing. I call the direct line of ******* and get a ******* statement. I have called and left messages on the company line, no one picks up and no returned calls. I have emailed the sales rep and the company and no response. Very concerning at this time as they took my money for both the container and the shipping cost when I made the order. I am getting ready to file with the BBB and call my card company if I dont here back in another day.

We ordered a container. All the staff we talked to were very friendly. I made sure to send a lot of maps and specifics to make sure the company was able to do it. They came back with they can. The gentlemen (a 3rd party company) that delivered the container were very skilled especially getting into the area that we wanted to the container and gave us some recommend items of how to arrange future containers especially the delivery part. I did a price comparison of 10 different companies in the **********, ** area and this company was the cheapest at the time.Boxhub Inc.

I was quite apprehensive about purchasing a container online. Locally it was over $5k to purchase a storage container. Boxhub beat that price by almost half. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review was that everything would have to have been perfect. Everything went as Boxhubs representative described. After I received the initial email, the delivery driver contacted me. I had 2 locations picked out for him to place the container. Unfortunately, I had to go with the second location. I am terrible with remembering names, but he did his best placing the container where I wanted it. Kudos to him.Boxhub Inc.

3 starsOverall Im satisfied with the container. It has a great floor and the doors operate well however the door frame has some very bad salt corrosion deep into the steel frame. It will cost me as much in preventative maintenance to keep it from getting worse than to have just bought the 1 trip container. It has many patches in the ceiling that I hope hold water but since I am in ***** I dont know when we may get rain next to check it Delivery was awesome and quick
