    We bought a 40 ft high cube (cost plus transport was over $6500). It was delivered June 16 2022. We then went down south for the winter. When we came back north next June we found a 2"x2" hole in the roof that had been duct taped and painted over. Needless to say it had opened during the winter and our dry box was no longer dry. We contacted their customer service and were told that it's fairly common for their suppliers to do this. REALLY!!!!! We were 11 DAYS out of warranty, so all they will to do is send us a fiberglass patch kit! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM OR RECOMMEND THEIR COMPANY.

    HI there, Thanks for reaching out. We do guarantee that the container is wind and water tight, in this case, it looks like you purchased a retired unit. While retired units are great options on a budget you can expect some erosion over time. This is generally fixed by getting the container welded, if the holes are big enough, or a fiberglass patch, which it looks like you were offered :) Sometimes depots do "repair" containers, in ways that aren't great. That should be caught by the inspection done by our trucking partners, or the inspection done by you the customer, at the point of delivery. Every customer signs an inspection checklist. However, despite all of these safeguards, things can get in the way of proper inspections, like the depot not allowing the Trucking Partner to inspect the container due to time restrictions, or customers not familiar with containers or how to properly inspect them, for this we offer a 1 year wind and water tight guarantee. It sounds like you were outside of your warranty period but our Customer Success team still offered to resolve your issue. A fiberglass patch would be how we resolve any container hole that fits the size requirement, this ensures the container's wind and water tight expectation :) Feel free to reach out to ********************************** if you have any other questions or concerns.

    I wrote a 2 star review after I had problem with the delivery. The units were not loaded right and we had to just drop them in the vicinity of where I wanted them. I contacted the salesman and the logistics guy about my problem and they emailed me back right away. They got back to me within a week with a solution, they said to get someone local and they would reimburse me. I had someone local come in with some equipment and turn them and put in proper place. I emailed the the amount I paid to have them moved, and they reimbursed me the amount same day. I would recommend them to anybody looking for containers, thanks for the extra effort.

    After researching different shipping container brokers, I contacted Boxhub based on the positive online reviews. I have a challenging location where the container needed to be dropped, and provided Boxhub with the details that included direction of container opening, pictures and measurements of all clearances from ground to above power lines and/or tree limbs. The sales rep indicated it would be no problem and secured payment, which included a $1600 delivery fee. The container arrived on 10/11, with the opening facing the wrong direction and the driver refusing to deliver as agreed upon. Boxhub directed the return of the container while they figured out next steps. Two days later I received an email that detailed Boxhubs delivery policy,which included double the delivery fee for a redelivery due to customer issues. I called and ******************** apologized for their error, secured a redelivery date (10/14), ensured the container opening would be facing correctly, but could not drop the container in the backyard. No additional concessions or options were provided. Boxhub dispatch called on delivery date to say the container could not be delivered and was being rescheduled for 10/17. That date was then changed to 10/18 with the driver arriving to deliver the container at 9PM in a residential neighborhood. Additionally, the driver rolled over our neighbors lawn, broke one of our tree limbs, and required the assistance of my wife and myself to direct the truck into the driveway. To get the container into the driveway, he required me to use my personal Jeep to pull the container off of his flatbed. The container was finally dropped in my driveway at almost 10 PM.While the rep indicated they would not be paying the delivery company because of this, their compensation for me was to give me their sales associates incentive bonus ($100 - $200). It has now been more than two week and we are still waiting on them to contact us for reimbursement as they stated they would.

    I search all over ******** marketplace for a shipping container. I chose this company because they seem legit and professional which was a concern when you are to pay $3300 via credit card to someone over ******** messenger a week before it's supposed to arrive.
    They returned my calls sent emails ECT.
    The driver was a very likable individual and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. He also stated that he personally checked the unit for quality which was nice. One thing that would be good if the company sales person would have let me know that the driver needed 125' straight to drop the unit and clear his rig. Fortunately we had that otherwise could have been a problem.
