      I placed an $7,000+ order with Nemo Tile on a Saturday and subsequently cancelled on the next business day. I received verbal communication on two separate occasions that the order was cancelled. I was then called by the delivery company to set up a delivery date for the order that I had cancelled. Mistakes happen, I get it, but now I have spent the past 4 weeks trying to get a hold of Nemo Tile for the refund. After dozens of calls and emails, they are blatantly ignoring me and not providing a $7K refund. I will dispute the charges with my bank and hope that this complaint prevents this from ever happening again. Its like the company disappeared into thin air after they took my order.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Nemo Tile Co. Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.

      Furthermore, while looking for new tile since Nemo tile was so terrible, I met vendors who literally laughed in my face when I mentioned Nemos name because of the terrible experiences they have had with them.  At least I feel vindicated!
