      I would give 0 stars but they make me give one. I've been in the tile trade for over 25 years and have never had a worse experience with a tile company. The website only show two styles of tile, I placed the order for exactly what is on their website and two and a half months later I recieved the wrong material. A material that's not even shown on their website and they refuse to except any responsibility. This what I was told by their sales *********************************** we could argue all day about who's fault it is but we won't except responsibility". So, I'm stuck holding the bag for a $1000 tile order that was ordered wrong by Nemo tile and the refuse to even split responsibility. Not to mention whoever they hire to deliver the tile, didn't make contact with us to schedule a delivery, didn't get a signature and drop the whole pallet in the street at the top of our driveway on a Saturday when we were out of town. Luckily a neighbor who let us know about the pallet was out front moved the tile down the driveway for us.
