    The cereal gave me diarrhea. All their bags promise satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. They initially replied to my first email but its been nearly three weeks that theyve since ghosted me when I mentioned the satisfaction guarantee.

    I like their products but not their business practices. They lowered the amount of products in two of my subscriptions but charged the same price. I was not informed of the change or whether I agreed to it. I looked at my subscription details and it clearly showed the higher number of items. When I looked again a week later those details were gone. It no longer shows the number of items per subscription. Contacting them is difficult. I want my full subscription amount and once received (or refunded) they lose me as a customer. Thieves!

    Do not order from this company. They auto-enrolled me to receive package once a month. I was not aware that i was subscribed to receiving product once a month. We did not like their products. They did not respond to my email to cancel. There is no phone number available to call them. I had to call my bank to stop payment.

    I emailed Catalina Snacks to cancel my subscription. I received four packages a month ago and I have only finished one package. I received an email that I was going to have another four packages sent today. I emailed the firm that I wanted to cancel my subscription. I received a form email in reply stating that they had a large volume of emails and they would reply at a later date. I then took the only other option available and modified my order to have it ship in four weeks. I dont want that but that was my only choice. On Monday morning, May 1st, I called the customer service number listed on the website. The phone rang and rang and then went to nothingness. No voicemail, no person to speak to; nothing. When I went to the BBB website and saw the * rating, I knew that I had to contact BBB. I am not asking for a refund only a cancellation of subscription. I dont want another shipment. I used the Catalina Snacks website to order because I had purchased the product once at ****** and ****** did not have it any longer when I tried to purchase it again. I can now understand why!

    Catalina Crunch will not refund my money. 4 emails 4 phone calls. I have yet to speak to a live person. They have sent me 16 boxes of Cookies! For ****** dollars. Will not provide return slip. Order number#******. Food has NOT been opened. *************************
