    Similar to the other reviews on here. They cut us off with no explanation, added ridiculous charges to minimize our refund, made no attempt at reconciliation or explanation. These people truly are heartless and immoral.If you think this might be an overreaction, read the contract carefully. They state they can cut you off with no explanation, and that the arbitration courts that must be used cost thousands of dollars. MORE than it would be worth.

    We got an aupair from ************ to take care of our2 year old boy.****** was horrible, she wont clean after my kid, she will be always on phone, treating our house as a hotel. she would eat cooked food by me without helping me at all.She was so unhygienic that there was always an odor in the bathroom she used.We tolerated everything until one night when her friends honked continuously for 10 times outside our house and she was giggling and encouraging her friends in the late night hours to do so. I called the *** ******************* in *******, she and the manager **** supported her completely and kept repeating about her privacy and hours.We came back from a trip & the food was all rotten in the refrigerator, even the bananas out had fungus on it and she didnt even take a second to throw them in the trash can. She didnt even help organizing the baby room after moving. When called *** they repeated that its not her job which is totally unacceptable when she is living with us she has to do the baby work.She also lied about my kid eating all the food when she used to finish all the food left by my baby. which I figured out later on.The new *** ************* again supported her without listening to me upon which I told her that we also give a lot of money and access of our house to an unknown person, in return I was never heard.I told her that I will write a review to expose them to which she replied good luck with that! This agency only supports the au pairs even if they r horrible to you.As per my experience au pair only comes to ur house to enjoy in *****************, they can trash ur house, not clean up or organize things related to ur baby and this agency will never support you.The agency also asked us to pay money for her vacation left when I kept telling her to decide the dates and take a vacation. I even gave her off for 10 days before leaving so that she can decide her trip but according to the agency its ur fault if the aupair doesnt plan their vacation.
