    Ordered clock from them, paid for, it was delivered, but when received determined clock would not work for the purpose intended, and directly related to insufficient details given for online item description. I simply wanted to return the clock shipped to me for refund. I was told by agent on phone to send email for returns to ****************************** I did so, in fact sent 5 emails since Dec 19th, plus left two voice mail messages and as of this date, Jan 4th, ****, not a single response received. My order number is #******. All I want is get response gives instructions to return item and get refund for what I paid for it. It's a terrible business in terms of *****************

    I ordered a replacement remote. Order #****** over a month ago. I have not gotten anything from the company. I have also called and emailed them over a dozen times with no response. Fraud business.
