  Big Time Clocks are a SCAM!!!! I received my clock with power adapter. I've sent multiple emails and have had no response. I purchased my own power adapter and the clock doesn't even work. Do not order from Big Time Clocks.

  These clocks are garbage. Can't read the actual time on them and they are cheap Chinese junk. The film to protect the face was placed in a way that you can't get it out of the frame and leaves a bunch of ugly remnants unless you razor blade them out. Big waste of $215. Asking for Refund from the company but I doubt I will get a promp refund from what I am reading here. The website makes it seem like they are high quality from the pictures but the reality is nothing close. These clocks are worth about $10.

  I completely agree with some of the comments below. I ordered a large clock for the back wall of our church for our pastor. We were unable to set the time, so I sent an email asking for help - no response. Then I read in one of their online manuals "NOTE: Big Time Clocks ... require qualified IT experts to link the units to a Wifi network and input all IP parameters..." That is not us! Whatever happened to turning the clock over to manually set the time? I didn't think clocks needed to be this complicated! Anyway, I too attempted to call them. My call went to voicemail. I was instructed to leave a message and someone would call me back. Of course, no one did. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

  Did not receive the remote and they indicated they would resend. I haven't received or tracking number provided. Can't use the clock without the remote.

  Big Time Clocks will drive you crazy with no support. It took 6 days to get a response. Find another company to work with.

  I e-mailed company about problems that I was having with a clock. No response. I wrote to company. No response. Shop elsewhere. Small Time Clocks should be their name

  This business is a SCAM!!! The folks that answer their phone are only hired to answer their phone and forward you to a voicemail. No one will call you back and return an email. Ordered a clock on 12 November that was "in stock". And have received no update.The lady who answered was obnoxious and when I asked if this was a scam she replied "oh really" and laughed. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.I ordered the biggest clock they had, Over $700cad ($500something USD) and then I hear nothing from them for a month! They only contacted me back when I threatened to call the ******************* and report the transaction as fraudulent. When they did contact me they told me it would be shipping the following Tuesday and they would send me a tracking number.It did not ship the following Tuesday. It did not ship until I messaged them again threatening to have the charge marked as fraudulent. But they forgot to send me a tracking code. When they did send me a tracking code, I thought all was good and we are finally going to have our clock.NOPE, they put their phone number on the customs sheet instead of mine. So the call to pay duty and taxes went to them. When I got that sorted out with the delivery company, I finally received our clock, WITH NO POWER CORD OR REMOTE CONTROLL! Basically I spent almost $1000cad on a giant paper weight.AVOID these scammers!
