      Dont order from Aeropostale online. A nightmare to return. Places an order online. Received my package with no packing slip. Went to the store to process refund. The sales associate said I needed a packing slip. Explained that there wasnt one in the package. She said to call ****** service to get info to process refund. Called customer service very long wait times. Info given by rep was inaccurate, sales associate couldnt process refund. Called agin and *** said they dont have that info doesnt know what info other rep gave me. He said I need to go through online chat to get info. I go through online chat and they tell me to call customer service. Called again very long wait times. Reps all give different info or hang up. Finally one rep said they had an issue with *** and they have.l a law suit against *** because they mishandled packages and opened the up. He said the only way was to return by mail to get a refund. He said they would send a return label. Didnt get it called back and the rep said to wait a few hours ans once shipped to call the. To princess my refund. Finally got the label. Sent the package back. Called customer service to let them know I returned the package. The rep said they couldnt refund me the taxes. Only what I paid before taxes. They said its the *** that doesnt refund the taxes. I said when I return in the store I get all my money including taxes. They said Aeropostale doesnt return taxes. They wont escalate to a manager. They say no Managers are available. A manager will return my call. Im still waiting on my refund a call back. Dont purchase online. Any store you do a refund gives you ca k all your money including taxes.

      Aeropostale will lie to you about your order and this is "IF" they even pick up the phone and "DO NOT" hang up on you. I am given generic chat responses and promises that your package will be delivered but and to contact *** for information. However, they cannot provide the tracking number. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now with no resolution. A supervisor is supposed to call me back ... h*** will freeze over before that happens. I have friends and family from back home who I take there and I shop there for ... it might not be a great loss but they have all indicated ... not their money ever again. OH ... the one star is only because you cannot submit without selecting a star rating

      Ive been trying to return merchandise purchased online The never sent me receipt which was strange since the beginning, then when I went to the store to return, store asked me for Store# register# when the transaction was online, I called customer service for assistance never answered so went by chat, so every 2 days the repeated same thing between 24 to 48 hours you will receive your return label, well now the said case will be escalate it Still no able to return or at least able to exchange for something else At this point ******************************************************************************************* my life, this is unacceptable and I will report this fraud wherever its necessary to stop this company to steal our money and our rights.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed and order on August 2, just enough time so it would get here before school starts. I received tracking information all the way up til day it was to be delivered. Then it said return to sender. I have spoke with customer service several times and all they keep saying is I have to wait. They have gave me several different reshipment dates and are refusing to give me my $ back. O and yea they charged me for the return of the items I ordered. Saying it was a problem on the delivery distribution. Which is definitely not my problem. If I get my $ back I won't be ordering again.

      Horrible customer service!! Not only did they send me the wrong order, ** having a hard time receiving my order for $133. My kids needed those pants for school and they sent me someone elses t-shirt order. I have waited on the phone for over a hour and no one ever picked up!! This is a nightmare because my kids are so tall that I cant get them pants from just anywhere. I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star!

      Dont trust this company. They will take your money and you wont receive the product. When I called, i sat on hold for 25 minutes for no one to ever come pick up. Emails to customer service get no reply. SCAM and FRAUD!!!

      Placed an order yesterday and the wrong address was entered. I was on hold for over an hour. Nobody answered, so I did the online chat. I asked them to change the address and he said they couldn't do it on their end. I asked to cancel the order. They said they could request the order to be canceled, but there was no grantee that it would be. Now my items are on there was 9 hours away from me. I have no idea how to fix this. **************** refuses to help. I take full responsibility for not checking the address, that's my bad, but this is unacceptable service. People mess up. It happens! How hard is it to change an address? It's ridiculous!

      Do not shop here. I ordered my girls some school clothes 3 weeks ago. I wasn't getting any shipping notifications then all the sudden had a notification from *** that the package showed up damaged completely empty. I've chatted 3 times with them and they said they would reship it immediately and would send me a email to confirm. She gave me a confirmation #. Going on the 3rd day still no email and when I enter the new # it says error. I'm so beyond disappointed and frustrated. I just want my money back!

      I received 3 shirts that did not match the description of the item. I live chatted and was told to keep them and they would process a refund of them (and that I did not need to return them). Later that night I received a return label. When I live chatted again, they said the refund was denied because it was over 2 items ????? The representative should have told me/known this the first time around. Now I have to dispute with my bank because their return policy states items need to be returned with tags attached, and I removed them in preparation to donate the items since they said I did not need to return. Bad experience and did not honor their word.
