      I tried to return 2 pairs of jeans I purchased online inside of *********** store. There was not a receipt enclosed in the package, but had the order on my phone. I had to call customer service from inside the store to get info to make return. The salesperson recieved the info for the return from the customer service agent & entered the transaction into the register. The information entered was "not found", so the store was unable to process the return. I was in the store physically and this location was unable to process my return. A transaction override wasn't offered by customer service or the salesperson. I've never experienced a store that couldn't return their own merchandise inside the store purchased online. Aeropostale doesn't make it easy or convenient to return merchandise. There seems to be a disconnect between customer service and the *********** store. **************** offered to send me a return label by **** I'm going to keep the jeans, but in the future I will no longer shop at this establishment.

      I placed an order on 11/28 and they claimed the order was lost in the mail. They claimed they shipped it out again and it was supposedly lost again. Ive been fighting for a month trying to get my refund of $103.72. The customer service is horrible. They keep hanging up the phone. This is the worst place to shop. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! Run!!!

      The companies "policies" is the worst I have ever dealt with. This is my first time and will be my last ordering from your company. I have no stores near me, so I had to order online in order to purchase your products. I tried to chat twice and both times got disconnected before it could be finished, so I called customer service (supposedly there is no record of the call) and the agent placed my exchange order for me because some of the items didn't fit. I was told that it would be price matched because when I purchased the items they were cheaper. The price match was not done. So, not only do I have to pay for return shipping, but I can't even get them at the same price? Very poor customer service.

      I bought a puffer jacket fir my son and after using it 2 times the zipper broke. Very poor quality that why price is low.

      Ive been waiting 3 weeks for a refund to process and aero is still refusing to return my money for an order that they claim was lost in their own warehouse during shipping they refuse to return my money issue a credit or even ship the item i paid for over a month ago THEIFS

      I ordered clothing online and paid extra money for it to be delivered faster and got it a week later. I called customer service and they did not care. I will never shop with them again. If you cannot provide a service then dont offer it . Stop taking the extra money . I could have just had my clothes shipped in regular business days . They just ******* me over and god knows how many others. They are horrible.
