      Never order something to be shipped to you, either online or in the store. They will ship wrong item and you will spend hours to get your money back. They are the worst when it comes to shipping.

      This customer reached out to customer service on 1/20/2025 to report that the wrong item had been ordered and the refund for the error was processed on 1/21/2025.

      I've tried to purchase the same sweatshirt literally 5 times. Every time I call, I get someone overseas who literally doesn't understand me. I literally click on the "size guide" and it brings up every possible fit of polo shirt, for a sweatshirt. I asked the "customer service **** to tell me which fit out of extra slim, slim, original, tall, etc is the fit of the sweatshirt, and what are the measurements for a size large. CANNOT DO IT. It's like talking to someone from the moon. Their website is designed like three college kids made it while they were high. I've been a Brooks card holder for years, and their quality, customer service, and availability of stores has gone down hill so much. I'm debating getting a ********* card and just shopping there. Do not buy from **. GARBAGE.

      Their online promotions are a scam. They send emails to customers to lure them in with discounts that are not there; false advertising

      Brooks Brothers quality went down significantly. Their customer service is horrible. They outsourced their customer service out of the country and these people dont even know the system and dont know how to handle customer service. We need to stop supporting big companies that doesnt even care about their consumers

      Absolutely atrocious customer service when it really matters. After making a return, I was sent a "merchandise credit" card in the mail. When I went to use the card, the balance was $0. This seemed like a simple issue that could be quickly resolved; however, I have since wasted tens of hours on the phone with customer service and exchanging emails with no signs of any resolution in sight. What's more, Brooks Brothers customer service has provided me with ZERO substantive updates as to why my card has a $0 balance. In effect, this company has stolen hundreds of dollars from me, continues to tell me that they are working to resolve the issues, yet, weeks later, the issue remains unchanged. Please do NOT give your money to this company.

      I bought a sweater and a dress (Order #********) and received them on 6/7/24. The dress didn't fit, and seemed bizarrely large for a size 12. I requested a return shipping label and had a run-around before receiving that. Put the package in the mail on 6/10/24. As of 6/24/24, the ** tracking says "delivered to agent" (whatever that means). I'm still waiting for a refund for an incorrectly sized dress that there's no way I could have worn. In addition, they will deduct $7 from my refund, if they *ever* process my refund. It seems that every step in this process has been designed to be slow and inconvenient, no doubt so they can keep customers' money as long as possible. I will never buy from this company again, but others should be warned.

      Brooks Brothers Factory outlets sell inferior shirts. This isn't disclosed anywhere in the store and the sales staff doesn't either (they have no incentive too). Example: Instead of selling sleeve lengths of size 34 or 35 they package a hybrid 34/35 with two buttons. I didn't find this out until I researched it online, where they explain it - and now have to figure out how to return the product. Brooks Brothers should be required to disclose differences in their products from their main stores. FTC should similarly investigate all the brands who use outlet stores to sell different products rather than unsold inventory of main line, and fine them for concealment.

      I arrived at the Brooks Brothers store at *************** ************, ******** at 12:00pm on Monday, March 4th. There was a note on the front door that read: "BACK IN 15 MIN". At 12:10pm a man approached the door and stood there talking on his cellphone while fiddling with keys. Five minutes later at 12:15pm the man opened the door and swiftly walked into the store without any acknowledgement of me at the door - as if I was a ghost. No apology for closing the store and making customers wait until he returned. Next, upon entering the store the employee continued his phone conversation. After 5 more minutes - 20 minutes in total waiting to get help at a store - I decided to walk out and pledge to never return to Brooks Brothers. A rude employee and blatant disrespect - unacceptable.

      Unreasonable and borderline predatory online return/exchange policy. I now have $1600 in unworn brand new condition suits that dont fit me, and they refuse to offer any accommodation. After 60 days they claim there is nothing they can do. All I ask is for store credit exchange, but they refused. Again, items are unworn and brand new, not seasonal ***********. They also place limitations on reselling their clothing, so you are made to worry that you will be targeted further by the company if you attempt to recoup your losses through resale. Zero customer service, zero stars, zero chance I ever step foot or spend another ***** with the brand again.

      Got a bad feeling but since they are close I went&got a washer and dryer. Staff were nice but others were rude. The washer was good but the dryer wasnt. They replaced it with no problem so when the time came I had no problem paying the $120 extended warranty.They came a few times b/c I was having issues with the washer but they didnt replace it &I found myself arguing with the ladies at the desk&others about the issues. The washer worked but it didnt rinse out the clothes. I paid the extended warranty every 6 months but once COVID happen and I called complaining about the same issue as before they stated to call back in a few weeks because they werent able to come out I let the lady know ** moving and she says thats fine. I move and call back to have someone fix the issue. They take the whole machine apart and say they they cant fix the issue but they will replace it. I get a call stating that they will not honor the warranty I paid for b/c I moved&the washer could have been damaged in the move and that I should have told them I was moving. I spoke with some man I believe to be the owner and I told him no where in the terms and conditions it states that. He still would not replace the washer even tho they keep a list of repairs and service request so they know this issue has been going on for awhile& that I was unsatisfied with them not fixing it or replacing because they stated the washer was fine. I should have done more but the washer was still working so I let it be. I feel played me. I asked the owner for a refund of my extended warranty since I couldnt use it. I even asked if they could take the washer& give money off a new one but they refused. Luckily I got a call back&they gave me the refund for my extended warranty. I feel like it was just cheaper to give $120 back then actually helping a customer. Then he acted as if he was doing me a favor when I explained that if I cant use my warranty then why do you feel you should keep my money.
