    Hello,I ordered my daughters uniform on June 8th, 2022. I ordered the uniform right away and all her teammates have started to get theirs except for my daughter which have a tournament soon and needs the uniform. My order number is ******. Their site says the order will be recieved in 3-4 weeks(look it up and also isn't it odd alot of folks complaining about their shipping times? Their site should say shipping could be between 4-8 weeks). Well guess what ? Today is July 18th and I've been emailing their customer service about the status and I keep getting the same answer. They will check with their fulfillment center over and over again and promise a shipping date of the 15th which never came. I paid $211.85 and ***** in shipping included. I expect a supervisor to fulfill my order by the 19th and ship it over night free of charge! This has been the worst ordering experience in my life. I have attached the chat transcripts of the repeated sorries but never we will get this shipped over night to you for the convienance and a free $50 gift card the minimum.

    Unfortunately the customers order was delayed due to a shipping issue, we expedited what we could of the customer order and shipped all available items on 7/18. The remaining item on the customers order is expected to ship by 7/25-7/27.

    With the screen capture attached. I got most of my order except for a pair of grey shorts which is now being pushed back til september 6th. Can I get Capelli to ship ASAP these shorts are part of her uniform ? Thank you.
