      I ordered a shirt $50 and a dress $450. *** handed the delivery to me outside my house. The package came opened and it was easy for me to see the content inside. I immediately told the driver my item is incomplete and he said thats all I got. HM insisted I got the package and refused to refund me, telling me to contact my bank. This is so horrible and has never happened to me before. You should take it up with your logistics team not me!!!

      Awful costumer service! I ordered maternity items online since the location by me doesnt carry the **** department. The online policy states 30 day return in store for any online orders. I attempted to return in store and was denied. They indicated you can only return **** items at h&m locations that carry this department. This should be reflected in the return policy

      Bought a skirt and went to return it three times --- three times I was told different instructions on how to return -- i went all over the city to different locations. A gross and completely unacceptable experience. Staff do not know their policies and do not provide appropriate direction. As well, there is no recourse nor any taking of accountability by this company. I spoke to their customer service they said sorry -- thanks a lot.

      Placed an order 4 months ago, one week before child was born. Order was never received. Company refused to issue a refund and claimed they were not culpable. Instead, they placed the blame on me for not contacting them within one month (so, up until my child was 3 weeks old), even though I repeatedly attempted to use their chat feature, which has a faulty link on their website. Seems to be a pattern that company swindles people out of their money. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

      My order never arrived. I reached out to H&M multiple times and twice I was cussed out by agent on their hotline. Surreal. I was forced to file a chargeback with credit card company.

      I ordered 4 items on their app and made a payment with an international debit card. I received a confirmation of the payment for ***** dollars. A couple of days later, they send me an email saying some items where not available. those items where worth *****. In the email they say "Unfortunately, you won't receive one or more of your items as they are out of stock, as detailed below under Cancelled/Refunded Items. Don't worry, we only charge you for the items you receive. We apologise for this inconvenience.", so I go ahead and check my statement, to my surprise, the same charge for ***** is in there. I contacted the call center, they say it is ok, that they will refund me. This did not happened. I contacted them on instagram, they start saying that I am wrong and that they NEVER charged me *****, which is a lie, not only do I have the email confirmation from them and the transaction in my bank, I also double checked with my bank and they indeed say I was charged the complete amount. This transaction was done more than 3 weeks ago and the money has not been refunded. I find it pretty upsetting, that they keep trying to convince me the transaction was not done, despite me sending them screenshots and also that they now have changed the receipt in the app for a total amount of *****, they just updated that amount, hoping I was not keeping record.I have tried to contact them once again via ******** and they just don't reply anymore. I believe they may have trouble processing a refund because it is an international debit card, but they are just too lazy to double check.

      Very bad customer service, they are fast to take your money but when it comes to get your money back for a defective item they sold you.. then they give you the cold shoulder and do not want to help, hang up on you, and unanswered emails.Very unprofessional and disrespectful company Awful experience.. very disappointed

      I'd give a 0 if there was an option made me order the item 3 times but kept sending me the wrong item even after false assurances that I would be getting the correct item. They caused extreme inconvenience and then refused to be helpful in any way. Worst customer experience, given that and the low quality items will never be shopping from them again. Worst customer service ever!

      Tried to buy a gift card online only to have money drawn from my CC and sent a message that they were unable to process my order due to security concerns. My card is completely legitimate and I use it online all the time. Even after dealing with a rude customer service agent to verify my information they still denied me the purchase and told me not to try again.Well don't worry you scumbags, I'll tell everyone I know NOT to shop with their ridiculous company. Terrible service, terrible practices and terrible people. They should be ashamed.

      Reading the complaints about H&M stores customer service, I am not surprise. I have been in this store many times, and with my bad timing, always get the same cashier. Someone have to train all their customer services reps, their LACK in good services is boundless. And I am not expecting excellent service, just good service. I think they don't care, because their lines are never ending and no concern on on their service. Quality of service will eventually effect quality of merchandize, and I think corporate should really look into feedback from value customers. Even the woman at the dressing room had rudely explain herself to me, when she said you can go in next to try. I hesitated because of a gentleman standing in front of me, that she would know not let me in first if he was truly waiting. I was astounded by the bravado of her rudeness. I never said anything to her, but ask if him if he was ok if I went ahead. Really an experience of utter lack of customer service. I am glad not all their stores are as bad, for I have been to one in Portland, at least they are nice and want to service their customers needs. Learn something Fresno H&M from your peers!
