      Placed a order for some items on October the 10 it is now October the 20th. And I’m still waiting for my package. Even though it hasn’t been delivered within the 3 to 8 Business days delivery time frame. I can’t cancel my order. I talked to the ******* ***** the one H&M uses. And ***** tells me my package is still at holding facility in New York I’m in *************. H&Ms online Service really sucks. Definitely won’t spend any more of my money at H&M online or at their Brick and mortar store

      Awful! I reached out because of a purchase through PayPal I didnt authorize and they didnt care, I requested numbers and extensions and got nothing but the number from the internet, and also asked them to pull up my emails associated with the purchase and got nowhere. Also got a unknown call to end up no where. I dont even use my PayPal. No professionalism at all!

      CHECK THE RECEIPT AFTER YOU PAY I bought a shirt with the store tag price $19.99, but the receipt shows $24.99. I went back to the store to look for a supervisor or manager and told them that they charged me a higher price than the store tag price. The manager said, Even after a discount, you still pay the price lower than store tag price and she wont even fix it. She said sometimes the price in the tag is lower than in the computer. That is your store problem, dont BLAME to the customer.If the store price tag is $19.99, you need to put the same price in the computer same as in the store tag price. Dont make it HIGHER. You need to follow the price tag. Thats not the right way to do business.
