      I have a gift card for over 300 dollars. The company wont let me use it due to a change in ownership and wont refund me either. I would like my money back.

      Intermix states that it is no longer accepting gift cards on it's website because the company was sold to a new management company. I have 3 gift cards that total $1,116.40 and they state never expires. The old management company of Intermix never sent out a warning to use up the gift cards or listed it on their site. When I reach out to Intermix customer service, the new management company says to reach out to the old management company, who never responds. I would like to be reimbursed for my gifts cards or be able to use them to purchase goods at Intermix.

      I have a gift card from Intermix for $709.33 and recently the company has been bought by another company. When I went to use the gift card I was told that they are no longer honoring gift cards received prior to March 27, 2023. The gift card states it does not have an expiration and the customer service told me that the new owners will not be honoring gift cards.

      My husband bought me a gift card for $1000.00 for Christmas. Around the second week in April I went to use it online. It would not accept the gift card. It would not let me use it.It said they were no longer accepting gift cards as of March 27,2023. I contacted customer service immediately. They informed me to contact intermix claims. I have sent numerous emails try to find out about what they plan to do about this gift card. Have not received any response. Also called back to customer service and they said they would put us on a priority list and still nothing! This is a lot of money! I just want to be refunded the amount we spent!

      I purchased a dress from Intermix in October of 2022 to wear for a holiday party in December 2022. After wearing the dress for an hr to a cocktail party, the sleeves of the dress were destroyed by the jewels that were embroidered on the the side of the dress. I called the next day to complaint and let them know about the faulty design. The manager said that I was outside of the return policy, but I could exchange with something of the same value or mor. I paid $780 for the dress. They sent me the return label and I shipped the dress back to them. During the following months, I was in contact with different managers at the store and I would send items I would like but they were always out of stock or didnt have the item available in my size. I had noticed that they were not updating the inventory so my chances of finding something to exchange with were getting slimmer and slimmer. All of the sudden in March the manager stopped communicating and I received the damaged dress in the mail. I made multiple calls and I found out that Intermix got bought and the new company will only be responsible for returns/ purchases that happened after the sale (March 2023) but not before. I think that is extremely unethical. When a company is bought they inherit the problems of the old company. To accept my return and not have items available for the exchange and then 4 months later send me the damaged dress in the mail is unacceptable.

      I have a store gift card that was purchased during Christmas 2022. Intermix customer service is saying the gift card is invalid since the company was sold. I have a $500 gift card that I would like reimbursed or at least be able to use online.

      I received a $500 gift card on January 16, 2023 and when I tried to use it on the Intermix website on April 27th I saw a red alert as I was checking out stating that gift card purchased before March 27th, 2023 are no longer valid. I called intermix support and they told me to email ************************************************ with my gift card details so this could be resolved. I sent the email on April 24th, 2023 and have not heard back. Ive followed up four times. I also called intermix but was informed that there is no number for the claims department.

      I placed an order on March 23, 2023 for $262. I sought to return the item in accordance with the companys policies and used the return label provided by the company. The item was unworn with tags attached. The return was received at the Intermix warehouse, opened, but was returned to me without explanation. I have spoken with customer service multiple times and was told that due change in ownership the new owners of Intermix are not accepting returns for merchandise ordered before March 27. I was given an email address for the old ownership to file a claim ************************************************** but they have yet to respond or even acknowledge multiple emails regarding the return in several weeks. This is an unfair and potentially fraudulent practice. Customers were not given any information to suggest returns before a certain date would not honored under the advertised return policy, even though presumably the company knew a sale was pending. Also, it is unclear whether the company (regardless of current ownership) has any legal basis to disclaim liability for debts/claims of the prior owner since they purchased the company.

      I placed an order with this company that included three clothing items. I decided to return the items because they didnt fit. Their website clearly stated that returns are allowed within 30 days and I did return the items within 30 days. A couple weeks later the items were mailed back to me so I emailed the company. They informed me in the email that the company had been sold and that items bought/returned before March 27th, 2023 would not be eligible for a refund. I was given no notice this would occur and now I am stuck with $700 worth of clothing. They said in their email they dont have access to my order but when I log into my account I can still see the order. They also provided me with an email to contact for the current owner of the company about my order, which I have emailed multiple times and have yet to get a response. I would just like to return the items and get my refund.

      I placed an order amounting to $416 on March 20, 2023 with Intermix (BAOBAB *** OPEN-BACK MIDI DRESS -$232 and BAOBAB MAREA ONE-SHOULDER SATIN MINI DRESS $184). I requested a return on March 27, 2023, sent the dresses back and they were received back at the warehouse on Friday, March 31. Last Thursday, April 13th the items I returned arrived back at my door. After reaching out to the email address on their website *************************************************** they said that they underwent a change in ownership and technology platform on Monday, March 27, 2023, for any returns, exchanges, and refunds needed to be done to orders placed prior to 3/27/23 I will need to please contact ************************************************ via email in regards to it. I emailed them and have not heard anything back at all. I don't think I will ever hear from them at this point. I emailed customer service again and they said they did not have a number to provide me to contact the new company.
