1 starDo not buy one of these machines! Bought a Breville Nespresso machine, it lasted less than 6 months, but more than 30 days, so could not return. The coffee is great, so bought a cheaper pop, thinking if I have to replace these things I am not spending a ton of money. I also bought a frother. Well here we are day 45 and the frother just stopped working this morning. I am going back to ******, the coffee may not be as good, but they at least last years before things go wrong.Review fromChristopher B

1 starDO NOT PURCHASE A NESPRESSO MACHINE. My nespresso pop was used sparingly for less than a year and within 10 months began leaking coffee into the pod dispenser more than the through the cup dispenser. Terrible customer service.Their delivery ********************** is a joke. They keep saying my order will be here before 8 pm. Thats for the last 3-4 days.Then they say they tried to deliver it at 12:03 in the morning but nobody answered. So they had to return the order.??That is Bs. I was home, awake, nobody came by, no text as I had requested. On any of the nights!!! They just keep lying. And Nespresso is impossible to reach. You fill out forms on their website, to which nobody answers. Never ordering from them again.Nespresso USA

I bought a Nespresso machine on 4/5/2021. The machine stopped workin on March, 2025. I ordered a new one. I got the machine, cleaned it per Nespresso instructions. Made coffee with my capsulas. I have a lot. I was buying quantities from Nespresso.The coffee tested terrible, plastic, Something that was imposible to drink. Try a few capsulas, the same. I call Nespresso. I was transfer to technical support. I wait more than 1 hour. Finally they told me that somebody will call me in 48 hours. Nobody call me. Call again. Same result, nobody could help me. I decided to return the machine. Nobody could help me and I could not drink the coffee. I got a return label o 3/20/2025. On 3/27/2025 I packed the machine, the box with examples, all that came in the original box and delivered to **** I call my credit card company and explained that the machine was shipped and I started a dispute.A lady call me from Nespresso USA. She wanted to know why I returned the machine. I gave the detals. She asked me to try another machine, she did not want to lose a client after all these years.Nespresso got the machine on 3/27/2025. I have all the prints and the tracking ********** credit card company contacted me few times, due that ********* did not respond to the complain. On 5/2/2025 the complain was closed, I got my money back.I work in an office where we all like coffe. Some of the co-workers have machines that cost thousand of dollars, and try to convince me to buy the same machines they have.I wanted easy coffee from the capsulas. I did not want to learn the make Barista ********** coworker had a Nespresso he did not use and gave to me. His machine works better than the one I had for years.On 5/30/2025 I try to buy capsulas from Nespresso web site. I could not log-in to the site.I call Nespresso. I was notified that I do not have an account. That I cannot buy because I requested money back of the machine I returned. They gave the money to the credit company.Nespresso USA

Ive been a loyal Nespresso customer for six years. I made my very first return over a month ago. I went on the website and followed the return policy exactly. I returned my items less than two weeks after I received it. It was perfectly packaged and I even wrote a nice thank you note in it for the people processing my return. Nespresso received my return package on April 11, 2025. The **** website shows very clearly that it was picked up. Today is May 18, 2025 and I still have no refund. I called on May 15 and I was told repeatedly that the tracking number that I was giving, did not show a package. I kept sending giant screenshots of the actual **** website showing the official tracking number and it was delivered. I was still told over and over that this guy was not seeing any package connected to the tracking number. After almost an hour of continuing to tell this person that Nespresso had my package, he magically somehow found it. He offered me a $20 credit for my trouble and told me that my refund was being processed right away. I was very upset and I asked if I had to wait another 30 days for my refund. He told me no and it should be processed in 24 to 48 hours. Here I am three days later with no refund and there is no $20 credit that was ever put on my account. I called customer service again and this time I was told that my refund was being processed and it would take up to 45 days from today.I was called a liar like I was trying to fake a return. To make it even better, there is still no $20 credit. There isnt even a place on their website to use a credit so this has to be a scam. Nespresso is a multimillion dollar company yet they make their refunds near impossible and as a customer, theres absolutely nothing you can do about it. They will wear you down until you give up.I have 53 people (and counting) that would like to join a class action lawsuit. If Nespresso does not respond and process my refund, I will begin to build a class action law suit.Nespresso USA

Nespresso's customer service is terrible. This is the second time within a year that I have ordered something from them and they send me only part of the order even though I paid for the whole thing. It's 5 weeks later and they still haven't sent me the item they neglected to send the first time. ***** two separate phone calls to customer service, they gave me a $5 gift certificate. It's a JOKE. Maybe within the next week I'll get what I need, but I would never buy a Nespresso machine again. The machine is not that great and the support is abominable.Nespresso USA

1 starIf I could leave less stars, I would. I can not recommend these products at all. I bought a brand new Nespresso ****** Pop last October. It has a one year warranty on it. It has not worked correctly since it was bought, and Ive been in contact with support every time I have an issue. It will only descale when the support connects to my machine, and the most recent time, today, they couldnt get it to work either. I was told originally if the problems persisted, I could get a new machine or a refund, no problem. Today they told me I would not be able to get a refund and made me go through the troubleshooting process once again before allowing me to potentially get a new product. Instead of letting me get a new product when they couldnt get my machine to work either, they told me to let the reservoir sit on the machine overnight and if it still wouldnt work tomorrow to call back and they would get me a new machine. This machine has been used six times tops, and has required descaling between every single use, which is not normal. This is a faulty machine and they refuse to take accountability for it. Theyve been giving me the run-a-round for months and will not replace my machine or refund their product that clearly doesnt work.Review fromJoseph C

I received the Vertuo Next machine as a birthday gift in ***********. I kept very good care of my machine, descaled and rinsed on a schedule. By September of 2024, my machine stopped pulling shots correctly. By October, it began making very loud noise. I called Nespresso customer service, the video call upon which I found I could no longer open my machine and it would no longer turn on. Nespresso **************** offered me no repair option, and no replacement, because my 12 month warranty had expired. They offered a 30% coupon to their website in which I never received. This is horrible customer service. I take very good care of my machine and it completely dies within less than two years. For a $300 machine, this is unacceptable. I loved my machine while it worked, but now I will never buy another Nespresso, as it seems my experience is not unique. Be wary spending your hard-earned money on a Nespresso item, as I regret my husband spending his money on this for me.Nespresso USA

1 starThere is no point in having a warranty on the product if you wont replace defective products. This sounds like a better business bureau issue since this is the second machine I have owned that had the same issue. My mother also owned the machine and after a year had the same issue. However they were willing to replace her machine but then realized it was out of warranty. Mine is not out of warranty and you avoid everything you can to not replace the machine. I will never buy another nespresso machine again as this is clearly a pattern.
