    *** literally spent thousands of dollars on pet medications for my dog who cant swallow pills after he was damaged by veterinary clinic in *********** thats a whole different kettle illegal fish in the meantime the dogs arent supposed to come with signatures they promised me that would not happen because Im not always around when hes in the hospital and yet theres always a signature required Ive got at least $1000 worth of medication to have leaked and dribbled over the edge wiped out the name of the drug and the dosage oops they told me they fix that too and **** the pharmacist whos been very kind and very polite promised me these things would keep happening the people that answer the phones are not very bright but the gentleman who fills the prescriptions is and he told me theyre not supposed to put that on there and this morning I got a dingdong dingdong for my dogs medication at the door and he wanted to see my drivers license Im 58 years old **** was trying to reach somebody to find out whats going on with no response I would like a refund for at least $700 with the medications you cant read the label I have no idea whats in the bottle Im happy with an RMA paid for by the company to send them back to them at their chosen location for a full refund thank you

    Hi ***, I want to apologize for any inconvenience. That label you shared from back in August does look hard to read, I'm so sorry about that. Our bottles do have stoppers to help prevent this from happening but I recognize that accidents can happen. Since you reached out to us directly, I was also told that our team put tape over your *********** label to provide extra protection. Because the medication you order is a controlled substance, it requires a signature at delivery for compliance. Hope you understand and thank you for choosing Mixlab!

    My vet ordered marbofloxacin from this lab, we usually use Wedgewood, a long time reputable lab. On an original phone inquiry prior to ordering the product I asked the ingredients and all they said was it's a different formula than Wedgewood. I have since been asking for a list of ingredients, each time receiving a vague response via email, for example "sweetener" is not a named ingredient but a general term. at one point the email said it contained maropitant, which is actually a completely different medicine, it's anti-nausea, not antibiotic! It is a compounded flavored liquid. I want to know exactly how it was made and the detailed ingredients, as well as if it meets the following criteria the way Wedgewood consistent quality does: use *** registered manufacturers for APIs ********************** Ingredients)Exceed USP guidelines for pharmacies related to inspection and testing of incoming materials

Your response does not contain any information regarding that matter.  It seems very shady that you cannot provide this list here.  Please provide a detailed list of ingredients and how the medication is processed.

    Hi - we have provided the client a list of ingredients multiple times - please see attached conversations. We also provided it again here on BBB but the complaint is still marked as open. There isn't much more we can do as we have answered multiple times.

    This is the last notification I received from you, so I responded as unsatisfactory info from business.  I decided to check today since I had not heard back from you, and I see the business noted something on Dec 5 and I am no longer able to respond.

     

    Since it says there is no next step, what does one do if they are unsatisfied?  it doesn't matter how many times the company responded if they did not release the info I am requesting, even though they think it is sufficient.  I explained the reasoning in my last reply which the complaint gave me opportunity to.

     

    Thanks for any help you can provide in resolving this matter.
