On today 4/14/25, I contacted Avon customer agent through chat. I spoke to Agent ******* at 11:22am. I explained to the agent that I have two profiles and need to delete one of the profiles due to my contact ph # changed and I dont feel comfortable with that account just sitting out there and I cant get into the account to delete or update due to unable to change the password. Avon needs your phone # to change your password. Per ******* my account cant be deleted. Due to my information being found on the dark web I need for my profile that is under *********************** to be deleted. The new profile that i created on 4/12/25 and made a purchase is under ********************** Im requesting for the profile: *********************** to be deleted.Business Response

Ordered Cologne (Black Suede) for my husband for his birthday around Christmas time because I ordered a bunch of things. Gave it to him for his birthday ******. Now the sprayer has stopped working. Hardly used. They will not exchange cause if was ordered to long ago. Even though it was a gift. Will not order from them again if this is their policy. If it is defective they should replace it. I buy this stuff every year. Will just look for a different cologne elsewhere if they can replace from now on.Business Response

The Avon Company took $33.92 from my checking account for the product Skin So Soft. I called them and asked that they - Avon Company - send the product or return the money back into my account. Or I would complain to you BBB. They claimed they had no email, home address, or phone number attached to an order for me. Yet I made order to them with that information plus bank information for purchase. Per my bank the monies was extracted on 9/9/24. Can you empress upon them to send product or admonish them so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. They sent no confirmation or tracking number or email to me for ********** your Delivery will not accept my picture of bank record there is no identification info on this document accept for bank name.Business Response

For the past year the Avon company has been telling consumers their skin so soft spray is coming out "in a month" in four months in 8 months every possible time interval. it has not. Avon is baiting the customer. telling them to get on the wait list. this is fraud. this company is a bait and switch. they just extended four months another promised timeline. there is no equivalent (there oil cannot be used on dogs) so that is not an option. please investigate this.Business Response

This company took unauthorized money from my account and they were unwilling to help. I put in a promo code for free shipping. They promo code was SUCCESSFUL. The amount I approved was $29.24 however upon getting the receipt, all of a sudden the promo code *that is an active promo code ********* was not applied and they all of a sudden charged me $37.91. I called in to have them help me with this and they were awful to work with and said they don't have supervisors or anything. No resolution occurred from the call. I DID NOT APPROVE THIS TOTAL. On May 03, 2024, I visited and ordered body lotion Moisture Therapy lotion // which **** stated on the pomotion pump was not included. the sale price as indicated in book was $15.99 but for this promotion the price was $13.99 it never stated in the add that the pump was a different price. upon waiting 2 weeks it came incomplete no pump. I called to see what was going on and was told they could not go back to see if in the pumps was free and i would have to pay an additional fee of $3.00 plus $8.00 shipping fee. to me this is a miss //or fake advisement. Once someone advise some for a complete price it should be honored not tell people we stated to charge some month ago. The price for the pumps on the $13.99 was not in the add. i saw a bottle with a pump in it and that is not what i received. On March 29, 2024, I ordered 25 units of On Duty Unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant. However, when I received the package about a week later, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I wanted On Duty Original Roll-On Antiperspirant ********* instead.Immediately, I contacted AVON to inquire about returning the items. They advised me to print the packing list and informed me that I would be responsible for paying for shipping. I was surprised by this.On April 9, 2024, I shipped the items back via **** delivered at 9:20 AM. I expected to receive the refund within a week or so. However, when I called customer service on April 15, they informed me that it takes about two weeks to issue a refund from the date the items were received.When I called on April 29, **** informed me that she did not know why the refund had not been issued yet. I provided her with the *** tracking information. She sent a message to another department to investigate the issue. I told ********** would call back on April 30 to check the refund status.Today, on April 30, when I called customer service, they told me they were still investigating the issue. Oct. 14, 2023 I purchased lotion $43.42 at 11:30pm when I went to finalize the purchase online the connection kept buffering so I selected the back button to end transaction purchasing the lotion again adding one lotion totaling $46:38. However ,I did not realize that the previous order went through giving me two separate orders. I called customer service the next day and spoke with a representative informing her of the mistake, she said she would send me a return label and packing slip by email. I sent the package back and forgot to send the packaging label sent to me for the return of second order totaling $46.38.But the original packing slip sent with the original order was never removed from the box which included my name and address on label I called Avon on Oct 18, 2023 when I realize I forgot to include the label they sent by email but I informed the representative that the original packaging label was still in the box. I was told that the package should have included the packing label. Moreover, I asked to speak to a supervisor and **** was the supervisor i spoke with I explained the mistake of not including the return label and asked if he would like for me to send the label separately via **** and he replied "No that it would not be a problem he would take care of it give it a couple of days and call again to see if the package had arrived in the warehouse." On Oct. 23 I explained the situation to representative ******** and she informed me that I had been refunded $2.96 on Oct.18,2023 for the lotion that I was told not to return because of the cost of the item. ******** informed me that the refund $37.00 had been refunded to the original card used for purchase but it was not in my account. I called back the next day spoke to another representative who told me that he spoke with supervisor **** who said it will take 8 weeks to be refunded because the return label was not included in the return package. On 10/29/2023 I made a purchase on avons website giving credit to my representative ***************************. Avon themselves are the ones who did illegal/fraud activity. they advertised free airbuds with a $179.00 or more purchase as long as you ordered online and signed into your account or created an account. I made a $200.93 purchase since it was such a great offer. I figured i would get my holiday shopping done and get a free gift to give my great grandchild. Well avon sent me a receipt which is attached and it clearly states the airbuds were available and that I qualified for these free airbuds and they were available. Well they did not ship them with my order. My rep called me to lmk that avon did not send them and that she spoke with them and they admitted that I the client qualified abd should of gotten them but avon did not send them. Avon told my rep there was nothing they could do about it. This is obviously false advertising on avon's part! They baited me to make such a high dollar amount purchase and failed to give me the free item that they advertised. isnt this bait and switch? Isn't this illegal? According to my rep 3 of us did not get our free airbuds and that is not fair if we did what the email/avon website stated we needed to do. Our rep has exhausted all possibilities of getting this rectified and doesn't know what else to do for us. I have contacted avon myself and again they admit I should of gotten them but theres nothing they can do. How is this legal? I want the free airbuds that clearly show on my receipt I should of gotten! I also want an apology or I no longer will do any further transactions with avon! I understand this is not my representatives fault but unfortunately she will end up losing my business because of avons poor business ethics! On Sunday 10/29/23 i made a purchase with my avon rep on her avon.com online store. My representative is not the problem here just so I am clear about that. Avon themselves had an offer which I attached to my pdf where if you signed in or created an account you would receive free ** ear buds with a qualifying $179 or more order. I made such purchase and my receipt from avon showed i was to receive the free airbuds with my order. They were on the receipt and showed avaiable and i actually went online today and they are still showing avaiable but yet avon did not give me my free airbuds! I called avon and so did my representative about this and the supervisor ********* admitted I qualified but theres nothing he can do! They falsely advertised I would get free air buds if I spent $179 I did my part exactly how email stated and avon did not give me my free item. I would not normally speend that kind of money but it was a great **** and I figured I would get some holiday shopping done. my rep has exhausted all ways of trying to get these for me and has also informed me 3 of her clients did NOT get them. She has tried everything for us and avon wont do anything except admit we all should of gotten them but theres nothing they can do. Isnt that bait and switch?? They baited me to spend $179 and I did and and plus some and they didnt give any of us our free gifts.
