I bought a few products from Glossybox for $58.62. They didn't even give me the right products, and later when I messaged customer service they said that they replace products if they are out of stock. This was never once mentioned to me while I bought the product or I wouldn't have bought it. I also looked online and there are so many complaints about Glossybox being a scam and not refunding people their money, even when glossybox is clearly in the wrong. Glossybox eventually sent me a shipping label but said I had to pay for shipping all the way back to ******, which would cost me more than the initial purchase. **************** was of no help, and I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

They are selling boxes on their website but sending you completely different boxes. They are sending cheeper boxes then the ones you pay for. When i complained I was told they are variations but they are not. As the box i was sent is also for sale at a different price. I was told the box i wanted was sold out. They did not reach out to me and ask if i was ok with the different box ( i would have said no). Also why are boxes that are sold out still for sale on the website. I have complained multiple times. I ordered 7 boxes from glossy box each different specific boxes they send me all the wrong boxes. So far I have recieved 5 boxes and 2 are still missing. Of the 5 I have so far 3 are incorrect boxes that I never purchased and did not ever want the products in the boxes. Now I got to dance through hoops trying to return the incorrect boxes and they can't even do the courtesy of shipping me a mailing label and have *** pick it up from my home. I'm disabled have facet arthritis within my spinal discs and have neuropathy so mobility is somewhat of an issue for me so I have to get to a library to print up RETURN labels and then have to find *** and ***** which is no where nearby. I can't believe this company either saying well maybe it was out of stock so they decide on their own to choose a dinky box nobody else wants and sends it to you instead of canceling that order if it was supposedly out of stock. Which I don't believe. These aren't mystery boxes either they show you exactly what's suppose to be in them before you buy and I chose specifically which boxes I wanted that showed all their contents so none of these were ********************* they sent me completely different boxes than what I ordered and it's not right I have to go through a lot to amend their errors and I'm still missing boxes. I didn't want baby wipes a skin roller and a bunch of skincare it's so unacceptable to unload boxes that are not selling on me and causing me a problem I didn't sign up for. The product sent to me that I chose was not for filled as advertised and they sent me dinky products no one wants which is so annoying.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 advent calenders in Oct 2022. On Dec 1, when I should have been receiving the advent calendars, Glossy Box US said my credit card had an error and they required different payment. I was angry that they had waited 2 months to place and bill me for the order on the date my daughters should have been opening it! I provided them with a different credit card. They processed it and then told me my order would take 2-3 weeks to be received.I then cancelled the order in Dec prior to it being shipped because it was going to take 2 weeks for me to receive it. It is useless to receive an advent calendar 2-3 weeks into December. I received confirmation of my cancellation and then within hours I also received a confirmation of my items being shipped. I then asked for a refund (within 14 days) and a return form was sent to me. I received the items mid Dec and returned the items mid Dec as soon as I received them. I placed a return address on the items and have received no items back. I have been checking with the US Glossy Box team and they said they have not received it and are requiring a photo of postage which I don't have, as it was not indicated on the return form that I would be expected to provide it. With the ******** Exchange rate, duty costs and return postage costs, the 2 advent boxes have cost me over $600 and I have not been reimbursed for any of it. I have sent more messages to the US office than I can count. I tried emailing the ** office and I received an automated response saying it was undeliverable because the mailbox is full.I am a single mom and $600 CAD means a lot to me. I have ordered from Glossy Box previously and did not have any trouble. I will never order from this company again and have told all of my friends about this frustrating experience.Initial Complaint

Bought Glossybox Advent Calendar early November. Package was sent but lost in transit on 11/22/2022. Contacted the company multiple times. They said they cannot refund me because the package has been shipped. They acknowledged it was lost but have told me repeatedly they cNnot refund? First time ever having this experience. *** will provide them full refund for losing package. On their ******** page there are dozens of complaints stating the same.No refunds. Unacceptable. I purchased an item from the website and did not receive all the items I was promised to receive. When I reached out to customer support and asked them to send me the missing items they declined and only gave me a $5 credit. $5 is not worth all the missing items and money I spent. I placed an order and for some reason my address shows as incorrect. I have tried to change it multiple times.When I asked about the order to.change the addreas they just canceled the order rather than change.When I.contacted them they told me to reorder and I would have $10 credit to use.I can't use itnon the order they are forcing me to use it on something else. I changed my address on their website weeks before my subscription was to be mailed. Glossy box shipped subscription box to wrong/old address and do not want to replace it or refund the money. Its a subscription so its automatically deducted monthly. They refuse to take any responsibility in this matter. I paid ***** on June 7, 2022 for a Glossy Box subscription. The issue is the Glossybox does not deliver what they advertise. They offer limited edition ***es, and that is the unique feature I like about them. However, this is the third time this has happened, where I did not receive the *** or even all the products advertised. Last October they had a special Masquerade Box I didn't receive. It appears people had complained because they sent an email saying that we were going to be getting this *** due to the disappointment of many subscribers. So at least I got that. Also realized I did not get a previous advertised ***. Additionally, I didn't get my July *** until August 6th. I would like my ***, the one I paid for. I am sending attachments of the pink *** I received, versus the coral *** advertised. I subscribed because I wanted that ***. Thank you,***********************************
