    I was referred to this company by a good friend and I went on the sight to look and found 2 boxes I wanted for Christmas and I have NO GLOSSY BOX products at all they DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR ANSWER THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE SO I FEEL I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED SO IF ANY WANTS TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT!!!!! THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO PRODUCT IM SO SAD THIS HOLIDAY BEING RIPPED OFF DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!!! PLEASE REFUND ME MONEY THANKS FOR NOTHING

    Unbelievably bad. First order contained an item that never shipped, which I had to manually cancel to get a refund. Stupidly ordered another few outlet boxes anyway. Of course, one never shipped.Of the two I received, one was the wrong item (box from a totally different month/year). Glossybox refused to exchange, saying there were different variations. This was not the wrong variation--it was the entirely wrong product. The implication here is that if you order an outlet box from a specific month/year, they can send you whatever box they want at their discretion and refuse to exchange or refund. Insane.

    I cancelled my auto renewal with this company and was still charged for the renewal. I have called several phone numbers that are ALL disconnected! Their email comeback with the message: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."! I have to call me credit card and dispute the charge because the company does not answer and there is no way to get a hold of anyone!
