    This is the worst company around they don't know the meaning of NO they just keep calling you weekly tell you take there call and then even if you say no the high pressure sales staff push push push you, then send FAKE emails, here is one of them: **** ******* 9:12AM (1 hour ago)Hi , As per our conversation today, this is a quick reminder to forward over a copy of your merchant statement so we can complete your analysis. All the best this was a fake email from them and its all FAKE they never called me, just trying to get me send them private information. **** ******* there Senior Analyst is a very good ***** treats you like s*** and can't understand the word NO, !! try to say they have a 5 star ratting with the BBB when they only have a 4 star and should only have a F- rating they have the worst customer service in the world !!!please have them put me on a DO NOT CALL LIST !!!!!I'VE EVEN SENT RUDE EMAILS BACK TO **** ******* Senior Analyst AND HE RESPONDS TO ME, AND IS A TOTAL D*** @@@@ B B B @@@@ @@@ PLEASE HELP@@@I'M TIRED YOU DEALING WITH THIS A** ALL I CAN SAY IS IF ANYONE IS STUPID ENOUGH DO MOVE TO THIS COMPANY THEY WOULD BE STUPID, THEY BAIT YOU IN AND THEN PULL A SWITCH

    Had Sekure cold call my business, I asked them for an email with general information about the company and they were willing to send that to me. Up until this point I was willing and open to using their business, just wanted to look a little further into them before handing over information. ***, a Senior Analyst with the company got very aggressive when I was not willing to give the information to him that day over the phone. I commented on his aggressiveness and was hung up on. I would NOT consider using this company in the future based off this one interaction-- that once again, was a cold call, I was not in the market for their services. Poor way to recruit business.

    I do not recomend it ;when. You cancel ,they charge you a lot .they say i have to pay $1500 at ******** beauty salon

    Hi ****, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that as your broker, Sekure does not have access to your bank account and has not billed you. Any billing would have been from your card processor. After carefully reviewing your file, we see your processor billed you for unreturned equipment, not for closing your processing account. When you opted to cancel the account last year ********************** was able to negotiate your account closure with no fees. This was despite your signed merchant service agreement that outlined the closure fees and terms. A Payment Expert from our team will reach out to you to address this matter.     ***** ***** was polite, professional and was a perfect example of excellent customer service and support. He went over and beyond to help me get started with my new merchant services team, policy, profile, and set up. I needed to update my contract immediately after signing again and be made sure that went smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone.
