I purchased airline tickets that i received a voucher for. Advanced Airlines did not honor the voucher, which i purchased through American Express travel. American express travel confirmed they would refund the travel fare back to my credit card. After many calls and many months they finally confirmed that they would credit my account. American Express incorrectly advertised all-inclusive resort on website. The resort had construction taking place, as such was noisy and parts of property blocked off (unable to use). American Express failed to inform customer regarding construction at resort. In addition, assigned hotel room had mold in bathroom and blood stains on bedding. This was a health hazard. Hotel rejects any responsibility. American Express rejects refund of hotel booking. Requesting refund of $1,941.14 due to misadvertisement of hotel and experienced health hazard.Business Response

I have had my Bluebird account through ********************************************* for years and within the past several months I have been trying to add and move funds to the accounts I have with Bluebird and the site continues to state there is an error on their end and to try again. I have tried numerous times and still get this message. I have called numerous times to try and find out what is going with their system and I get a run around and no one speaks clear and understandable English. They're all foreign speaking "reps" that have no clue and cause me to repeat my information over and over again and there's no other way listed to get and get this matter resolved. I need your help to get this resolved. Not only do I have the main account, but my children have "sub" accounts under mine and I can't even add funds to their accounts because of this mess. It is more and more frustrating to try and call their number and get someone that doesn't speak clear English or understand you to try and get your account fixed. This is unacceptable, it's my money and my children's money and I can't even access it. Please help me. They need to provide another way to reach them if they're only going to hire non-clearly speaking reps to handle people's money over the phone. I saved an AMEX offer to each of my immediate family's 3 credit cards that is supposed to provide a $50 statement credit with each amount of $69.99 or more spent to pay for a direct tv satellite account. I made 2 payments on Feb 17 for $70 each and 1 payment on Mar 1 for $70. All payments were made following the terms and conditions stated in the offer by going to directv.com. I have spoken with AMEX 3-4 times and have explained to them the following:The transactions were for a direct tv satellite account The transactions were made by visiting directv.com and were NOT made through a 3rd party.I have even sent them a screenshot of the Mar 1 transaction showing that the address was www.directv.com/accounts/satellite/billing.I am seeking the $150 in statement credits reflecting the $50 credits for each of the 3 transactions (2 made on my card and one on my son's).Customer Answer

I opened up a business platinum card with the expressed purpose of using it for large inventory purchases. When signing up I was promised 190k points if I spent 15k in the first 3 months. After making my first purchase of 10k and paying it off in full immediately I was told my preset spending limit was 22k. Today I went to purchase another round of inventory for a similar amount and to hit the 15k threshold and my spending limit has been sliced down to a third making it impossible for me to make my purchase or meet my spending 15k to earn the bonus. They have provided no explanation or evidence as to why it was slashed and are purposely limiting me from being able to earn my spending bonus when I have stellar payment and spending history with the company.Business Response
