      After visiting a branch in-person two days in a row, I decided to phone in the remainder of my concerns. I was issued a new debit card that was inoperable after having the initial one canceled as the outdoor branch ATM retained it during a transaction. After waiting 24 hours, I attempted to use the second debit card to no avail. This morning, I called to activate the card via the touch-tone-teller. Unfortunately, the two phone numbers associated with my account was not accepted. Deflated, I called to speak with a human. ******* saved me. After explaining the situation (explained here), she apologized for my inconvenience and proceeded to ask me some identifying questions. Having answered those questions already in my explanation, instead of her saying I need you to re-state them, again, she says she's unable to move forward in assisting me. I ask for a supervisor. ***** #***** asked a series of questions regarding my accounts. I respond to questions, given the information displayed on my account dashboard. He denied moving me forward, and refused to offer a name of a supervisor above him.I need to access my account through debit for my bills, but ******* and ***** have stripped me of my voice.

      I have account with MCU bank in ******** for years and my nightmare started at the beginning of October 2022, I have a balance over a **** in my saving account and around 300 dollar in my checking account, I login into my account to check my spendings breakdowns when I notice some unusual charges from apple that add up to almost 300 hundred dollars I contact MCU rep. and follow a dispute to this charges and ask I was told by the rep my card was going to be lock and I was not able to use it, I said okay a week pass and I started seen weird transactions of my money from my saving account into my checking mean while I was not using my accident cause my card is supposed to be lack and is an investigation, I decided to contact them back and thats when the anxiety started the rep had told the card was never lock or block and the is some weird transactions in my account so I got really upset and demanded to closed the card and mailed me a new card she the rep stated that she will mailed me a new card and that the bank will refund me the charges from apple and investigate what is wrong with the account that I will get a call from someone else in about two days this happened exactly two weeks ago , I havent heard from them they cannot help over the phone because of limited of info they could see or handle excuses and more excuses , I work every day Monday to Sarturday is hard from me to pass by the branch, I check my account today October 27, again and all I have is 50 dollars in my account not to mention I havent been able to use the account in weeks, I got my debit card today in the mailed and login into my account to check my account money transactions try to figure out where the money when if someone stole my identity or what happened with my money and all I see is transfers from o savings acct into checking and no purchase or any kind of transactions in weeks I am at this point freaking out , I need some one to please assist me with this matters ASAP. Dissapointed
