    they are holding my funds and froze my account no one will help its been 42 days and climbing someone needs to do something

    This exchange company takes the award for WORST **************** in my lifetime. I wired five figures of my money to them. They deposited it within an ******* has now been six days and I cant get it out. Not any of it. They have restricted my account (for no reason) and are not giving me the basic services of transferring and withdrawing funds from my account. I have submitted 8 customer support tickets 4 complaints. All I get back from them is an email, a new Ticket # and an acknowledgment of my request. Im not asking for anything special.. I want them to give me the core services of their platform.The financial consequences to me have been financially devastating. My assets in another fund have been frozen. And Im incurring $500 a day penalty. My advice is dont put any money into Gemini. Theyll take it. But you wont get it back. At least not quickly. Six days Ive been waiting.

    It is impossible to get a response from customer service regarding any issues that are faced. I have been attempting to activate my credit card and there is a glitch within their app that is preventing me from completing activation. I have tried to contact them numerous times and I have received no assistance in resolving my concern. You are unable to contact them via telephone. In my experience it is literally impossible to speak to a real human. This is a disgraceful business and I dont plan on using them going forward.

    I am using gemini's e mails as well as mine to prove i have gone through 2 full months of pure nonsense identifying myself yet access is still elusive with no way of contacting the company through normal channels. I have given gemini many chances to just close my account and give me info. on ***** **** but still no success or progress made as the deadline approaches 5 16 2025. Gemini has no right to hold my money hostage giving me no access to my account through completely difficult to understand security AI software with limited instructions that make little sense. Please release my money and make sure I am not left out of ******************* refund.

    Wish I had reviews the BBB feedback before making multiple deposits and purchasing a stable coin. You won't have any problems putting money into Gemini but try to move it to cold storage or another wallet and your account will be frozen from any withdrawals including your **** FUNDS... It took me several months and HUGE frustrations/stress just to be able to withdraw funds. I had to take a loss in fees (several hundreds of $) to sell the crypto and pull the funds back out. I had to jump through multiple very intrusive Q/A sessions, provide multiple proofs of my identity just to get them to unlock my fund transfer permissions. AVOID this site, I don't know why people are recommending and rating this site as easy and secure. Unfortunately there is no way to recover the fees - hiring a lawyer would cost more.

    They are keeping my funds hostage! Cant access my account ! They will not return my emails . There is no way to call them . I have been trying for days !!!This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional! I want my money back !

    Gemini froze my account so I can not send bought crypto to my wallet. I have gone through all the questions they have asked which were very intrusive and not needed. I had no problem for years and then they froze my account and after 6 months of trying to find the answer why, there is no response. **************** is awful and no telephone number to talk to a human. They said they will get back to me and no answer. Closing the account cause they are terrible.

    They a security hold on my account for 2 months and have not responded to 6 tickets to request help. Do not do business on this exchange. There are many more out there that are much better to do business with.

    There are a lot of untrue recommendations and its hard to tell who is legit. If you have lost money to scam contact (Zattech recovery AT Gm ail com) they will surely help you out. Took me long to find them.
