    From the first day they took $3,000 deposit immediately then froze my account within 24 hours for no reason. You cant contact them but by email definitely do not trust this company!! Go with binance or coinbase

    Everything was fine until they locked my account after I tried to deposit an amount that was only 2% of my total balance. Now they are holding my funds hostage, and support is snarky and dismissive. I should have paid attention to the news about Gemini's massive layoffs, because I'm beginning to think they are insolvent. Avoid at all costs!

    Gemini is grotesquely incompetent.Not trustworthy. **************** was terrible and when I finally got a Senior customer service person to help me.HE PROMISED TO DO AN AUDIT ON ALL OF MY TRADES . After completing 1 single week of approximately 25 weeks , he credited my account just about $3300 dollars. When I called back to find out when the entire audit Would be completed , the Senior customer service representative, informed me that the $3300 would be the total amount of money returned and the audit had been terminated.They never showed me the commission or fines that were removed from my account, the personal statements took close to a year before they were finally sent to me. They intentionally did not give me the information needed to restore my account. This was a total Con Game . I concluded this based on all of the things that took place .
