      I was contacted via LinkedIn by a woman claiming to be a representative of Fresh Prints. She encouraged me to apply and interview for the Campus Manager position at ************************. I completed my interview via Zoom on May 26, 2025, and was offered the position less than an hour later. I accepted the offer and was told I would begin training on May 28, 2025.However, I never received any onboarding or training materials. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was only told, Let me get with my team and Ill get back to you. I sent multiple messages over the following weeks, and on June 10, after asking once more if I would ever receive the materials, I was blocked on LinkedIn by the person who originally contacted **** was never contacted via email, nor was I given any formal point of contact within the company. I have screenshots of both the job offer and my acceptance. I believe this situation was misleading, unprofessional, and has ultimately wasted my time and energy. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and feel misled by the recruitment process.Desired Outcome:I am seeking a formal explanation from Fresh Prints, accountability for this misleading behavior, and reassurance that future applicants will be treated with more professionalism and transparency. Ideally, I would also like to ensure this situation is reviewed internally by the company.

      This is ****, the CEO at Fresh Prints. ****** and I have touched base and sorted this out. His email was wrong in his sign up form and his phone number was off by a digit as well. We have screenshots of us texting and emailing over a dozen times trying to get in touch and once we hadn't heard back for two weeks, we assumed he was no longer interested. Upon seeing this review we got in touch and got back on track. So we should be all set now!
