    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Proven Data, a company I retained to trace a series of spam emails that I have been receiving. Despite paying for their services, I have not received the promised report, nor have I seen any action taken on their part.Details of the Complaint:Service Contracted: I hired Proven Data to conduct a digital forensic investigation to trace the origins of several spam emails and provide a detailed report on their findings.Payment Made: I paid the agreed-upon amount for these services in full in the amount of $3000 Failure to Deliver: Despite several follow-ups, Proven Data has failed to provide any report or evidence of work being done. It has been 60 days since I made the payment, and I have yet to see any tangible results or communication regarding the status of the investigation.Lack of Communication: Proven Data has been unresponsive to my inquiries regarding the status of the investigation and the report. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and unacceptable.Desired Resolution:I am requesting the following resolution:1.Immediate Delivery of the Report: I expect Proven Data to complete the investigation and provide the report that was promised to me at the time of payment.2.Refund of Payment: If Proven Data is unable or unwilling to provide the report promptly

    I requested a refund from this service within 30 minutes of purchase because the software wasnt working. I tried to work with their customer service but they refused to send me a link to upload my file and instead rejected my refund request while I was still troubleshooting. Stating that I refused to work with them.
