    Automatically signed me up for recurring subscription. When I got billed, I requested a refund and was denied.

    It's trash software, with all error recovered files. If at the beginning I know they were from *****, I never dare to use their software with my personal data. Trust me, they won't refund fully for you if you're not happy with their trash product. How can it work if any time they want to fix it, they must connect to your personal computer? Especially it's your NAS, with all your very personal photos and videos and documents???
