    I reached out to WeTransfer's support because I tried their service and it simply did not work as promised. One transfer processed for 18 hours with no errors or anything, it just never sent. Another did the same (though I didn't wait long this time) even though the files were less than 3 times smaller. I did have a few go through, but the inconsistency and time it took was ridiculous and far outside of what they promise.Their customer service has also been terrible. I reached out to them about this issue, providing screenshots and explanations of what was happening and requested a refund. The simple response was, sorry, you're outside of the 14 day window and you used the product. First, it was barely 16 days from my purchase. Second, how can I know if it works if I don't try it??I explained this (assuming their response was a canned one) and they replied with the same response but added However, don't worry, I have cancelled your subscription for you.I had already cancelled my account 7 days prior another sign that they either have no idea what they are doing, or they are totally dishonest and didnt even look at my account.They are continuing to refuse to refund my purchase and it is getting ridiculous. They can see that no one ever downloaded the files sent, so they cannot honestly claim I used their service. The most they can claim is that I tested it... which is true, and that test proved their product to be lacking in just about every area that convinced me to pay for their services. So I basically paid them to stress me out and waste my time. DO NOT use this company if you can avoid it.
