    Tried to return item following the receipt return policy and the manager lied and said they do not return the item I purchased and that her system wouldn't even allow it, I asked to speak to someone over her and got directed to another manager at a different store who wouldn't return my item either. After asking again to speak to an area manager she refused to give me the information. Also tried to reach out to a corporate office and the information on their website is not real address. Something not is not right with this company.

    Their return policy on receipt says one thing but when you try to return items according to receipt manager refused and then lied about contacting an area manager who also told her no but refused to speak with me. The website customer service information is incorrect. Very frustrating experience, this company seems like a scam when you look into it.

    I bought a toy for my daughter ant the Miniso store in Flushing ** and less than 24 hours later tried to exchange it due to a defect. The one I got broken. The manager refused my exchange even though the Miniso policy stated new, unopened, OR defective items can be returned within 7 days.The manager told me they wouldnt accept the exchange as it was opened. She did not care it was defective stating it is the Miniso companys fault not the stores fault. IS THE STORE NOT AN EXTENSION OF YOUR COMPANY?!This is so upsetting to me and my daughter. On top of it, The manager stood around later with two of the employees laughing at me.

    Never buy anything from this place again as they sold me broken items and refused to take return. Cashier and manager was so rude and they don't care about the customer at all. I was so upset and I left the broke toy to them so they can enjoy as my daughter couldn't. This store should be reported to new york city consumers authorities.
