      Made an appt through their website and waited a month for the appt. When I arrived there was no appt booked. I showed them the appt confirmation email & all they could do was rebook me for two weeks out. Ill find somewhere else to go. Also, parking *****.

      I been going to Sweigner Dermatology for over 20 years me and my entire family. I had an appt on May 13th for a "CONSOLTATION". A consoltation is to give information and learn about a specific procedure. I basically was demanded to put down 150$ for this consultation. And I did put it down. But I did not think It would be a ****** or issue on getting a refund back if I decided not to go through with the procedure. I had no knowledge about microneedling. I went in for a not even 5 minute knowledge check about the procedure. I thought about it and decided not to go through with the actual procedure. I called them the next day and tried to explain my feelings and get a refund. I spoke to supervisor *** on the cosmetic side and her excuse was "this is policy" and the girl i saw for the consoltstion, ***** could of been a nice person and refunded me back for being a loyal customer and simply just changing my mind and they refused to refund me the 150$ even half of 150 would of been nice. *** had all the excuses in the world on why I shouldn't get back a refund. She was somewhat nice but their was no understanding or empathy at all. They were just worried about using their less then a 5min consultation time then someone like me *** explained my concerns and feelings. I also asked for a courtesy call back from my Dr *** is Fastenburg and he never called me after me calling 3 times asking for a call back. So I felt disrespected and it was a disservice to a customer like me *** has been nothing but loyal and brought them plenty of business. Even refunding half of 150$ would of been nice. But ***** and joy decided it wasn't worth giving a loyal patient her money back just for simply changing her mind about not getting a procedure done.

      Two years after procedure I receive a bill for ***** which I ended up paying to avoid collection emails and credit purge.The procedure was a cyst removal on my upper back. A substantial looking scar was left with a ***** ****. I never filed a complaint and went on with my life.Completely overpriced and overrated. The same procedure and treatment can be received at a third of the cost outside of this UES over priced region.Very disappointed with this group and will never give a good review.

      They charge you for things they don't tell you they're going to charge you for and then make false and misleading statements to try to justify their charges.

      In January 2023 I had a procedure at the **************** in ********. I was advised by staff prior to my procedure that all charges are fully covered by my insurance company. To my surprise and shock , I received in March 2023 an invoice in the amount of $179.91 After 21 months, I received another invoice in the amount of $229.95.This is a corrupt practice that hides behind Dermatology care to rip off people.

      The doctor prescribed a medication and did not send the details to the insurance. The insurance tried to contact the doctor with no luck and I have been calling every day for a week and the answering service says they have sent all the messages to the doctor office. Nobody from the doctor office has called me back or simply has sent the required information to the insurance. I still do not have the medication after 8 days.Why dont they give the paper prescription that will save all this time trying to get something done that used to work many years ago. Also, the patient portal does bot work. One sent a message and nobody replies. Very unprofessional business.

      Beware ****went for skin checkup with Dr **** understand she's been a physician for over 30 years. I asked after exam, which I was informed I was fine if a small bubble by my eyebrow could be removed. Dr **** biopsy on top of eyebrow bubble doesn't remove bubble nor explains she thought she saw something else, and didn't remove what I asked about. Interesting that she never explained anything she was doing. Didn't realize until I removed band-aid what was done. Her nurse*PA, Tried to sell me expensive cream informed me would sent rx to my pharmacy never happened. Spoke to physician totally doesn't take any responsibility UNBELIEVABLE*WILL NOT BE RETURNING

      Loved *******. Takes 2 months to get an appointment. I was running late so I called ahead to make sure they would still take me. They said as long as I made it in 15 minutes. Risking speeding tickets I made it right at 15 minutes. Sorry we took you off the schedule, I can't get you back in today. I took the day off work for this, called ahead and sped all the way and there is nothing they can do? I'll find another Dr. ***** you very much. Extremely disappointed

      ********, ******** location. Horrible front of office staff. *******(******?) and ******** were very disrespectful and rude. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment, I watched as minutes went by (45 to be exact) and patients who came after me get checked in and when I went up to the front desk to ask why. Their response was we thought you left and then ******** proceeded to lie and state the *** cannot see me and has already left. It was the worst customer experience ever. Her response was file the complaint, I cant even file it to the regional manager for you and this is supposed to be an office manager? Terrible! Lastly, they proceeded to lie and stated Ive pull a stunt like this before last month when I told them I haven't been there since June so that clearly wasnt me and false I get a halfway sorry.

While we understand it can be frustrating to deal with paperwork, the ***** disclosure and Financial Responsibility form signatures are required by all our patients in the check-in process. Our front desk team explained this to you, however you walked away. You were out of our sightline and you did not communicate with our staff nor did you come back to the front desk to sign the required paperwork, so we assumed you had left. Once we became aware that you were still in the waiting room, we communicated this to your provider and your provider stayed late to ensure you received the care you needed during your visit. We value our patients and are committed to ensuring that each visit is a positive experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
