      DO NOT ORDER FROM PRADA!!!! They have the most inconvenient shipping policy. They make you sign for your package yet do not allow you to change delivery address, pre-sign for the package, or make any changes what so ever to the delivery. If youre not home to sign for the order, the order will be sent back to Prada and you will get refunded. This shipping policy is not friendly or convenient and Prada is unwilling to waive any restrictions to accommodate the difficulty of receiving the package. Worst customer service experience Ive ever dealt with. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never recommend ordering from Prada.

      Hello, My name is Heaven *******, I purchased Americas Cup Prada sneakers for $900. I dont wear them often but one particular day I had them on and got caught in the rain on campus and had to travel in them in the rain to my dorm room. Immediately taking them off when I reached my dorm room, to let the dry, the next morning they looked awful and cheap! I have a ton of photos. The green completely bleed on the white areas of the sneakers. We returned to the Prada store on ********** in VA wear I purchased them. A customer service *** name *** took my information and reached out to the ***air team. After following up with her, she finally responded that the ***air team cant ***air them and its nothing they can do. *** also contacted Prada customer service by email and they said its wear and tear. It is definitely a manufacturer defect. Charging almost $900 for a sneaker and the patent leather bleeds by an environmental cause as rain, is totally unacceptable. I wouldnt call that wear and tear but faulty material and poor quality. I was hoping to resolve by either a ***air, a ***lacement, a full financial return or a discount %. But Prada is company that doesnt try to make amends with their customer even when they make a poor quality product! I work in retail and understand a business response but to put this off as a wear and tear you can see the sneakers arent worn out nor are there any tears. This is totally unacceptable. The part of this I dont understand, is that a $900 shoe is so improperly made that the ****** leather bleeds on the shoe by rain.

      Prada restrictive shipping policy is a big inconvenience. They require a signature for the item and the package can only be delivered in person from the carrier. Prada will not allow you to request that the package be held at the carrier to be picked up at a future date. So that item is sent back and you have to wait for your refund in the process. So if you can't be at home during the delivery or don't have a Prada boutique in your area. It makes no sense to order from Prada online store. This is my second issue with delivery from Prada.

      Just like the reviews below--delay, delay, delay.Customer service is useless, order number is useless.Returning via certified mail and asking credit card to not pay.

      Worst return experience ever. The same day I received my Americas Cup sneakers, I made a return request. Prada received my return on 12 March. It is now 27 March and my return is still listed as processing. I was told by Prada that it could be up to an additional two weeks and to contact them after the two weeks, which is well beyond the 7 to 10 day, business processing limit outline by Prada. To my dismay, I have seen countless reviews outlining the same experience.

      I purchased a bag on Prada.com, but received a defective product. I returned it within 2 days, but it took Prada 2 months to come up with a reason to reject the return. Their customer service was unhelpful and even blamed us for the defective product. I believe I should not be held responsible for paying for a defective item, and as a regular customer, I will no longer purchase anything from Prada.

      I returned a pair of shoes and its been almost a month, they do not answer and the customer service says the same lie over and over again. Never a Prada website purchase again!!!
