      I am writing regarding my recent order #PRA_************, a pair of leather shoes I received from their online shop. I was received them first time on 04/04/2025,upon opening the package, I noticed clear creasing on the shoes, even though I had not worn them at all. I immediately initiated a return, but when the returned shoes received by fulfillment center,i patiently been waiting more than 10 business day without any notice,I received this pair of shoes back again on 04/30//2025 with a paper of notice saidthe product was returned damaged and scratched, This is incorrect.The shoes were never worn by me, and the soles show no signs of wear,the tag is still attatched.The creases were already present when I first opened the box.Sincerely, ****** **

      I placed an order with *** *** on April 21st, totaling $1,855.00 (Order #*****************. One of the two items was shipped via *** and is still in transit. The second item, which was supposedly being shipped via **** has shown for several days that *** does not have possession of this package.Per Miu Mius suggestion, I contacted *** directly even though this should have been handled by *** ***. *** confirmed that they have not received the package, contradicting Miu Mius claim that the item had already shipped.I reached out to *** *** customer service multiple times via email, whatsapp, and phone calls. I clearly communicated that I am traveling on April 30th and urgently need my order before then. Despite this, their responses were dismissive, condescending, and completely unhelpful. They repeatedly told me to deal with *** myself, despite the fact that it is Miu Mius responsibility to coordinate with the shipping carrier and ensure proper delivery.After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, *** *** stopped responding to my emails and texts entirely, leaving me with no resolution or any communication on the ********* a customer of a luxury brand, I should not be left to chase down logistics that the company failed to manage. I paid a premium and expected a high standard of service instead, I received misleading information, unacceptable treatment, and a complete lack of customer support.Desired Resolution:I request one of the following:Expedited shipping of the item that has not been received by *** and delivery before April 30th, OR Full refund of $927.50 for the item that has not been shipped.If *** *** is unable to fulfill my order before my travel date, I expect a full refund.A formal apology for the unprofessional and dismissive customer service A review of Miu Mius fulfillment and issue resolution process

      Thank you for your message and for following up.

      I initially filed the complaint against Prada because Prada Group is the parent company and legal entity responsible for *** ***, especially in relation to online orders and customer service operations. However, if it is more appropriate to direct the complaint specifically to *** ***, I am happy to update the complaint accordingly.

      While I have since received my order and no longer require a refund, I still wish to proceed with the complaint. I am seeking a formal apology for the appalling level of customer service I received, particularly disappointing from a luxury brand, and as a regular client. My emails were ignored, my messages on WhatsApp were never addressed, and the customer service team I spoke with on the phone were repeatedly rude and condescending. No representative ever reached out to assist despite multiple attempts on my end.

      Thank you again for your assistance. Please advise on how best to proceed.

      Hello,I purchased a pair of Prada sneakers from **************** on January 6 for $1,070 before tax (Order #*********). After wearing them only three times, the sole began separating on February 15a clear defect for a product at this price point.I contacted both Prada and *****************, but was told they could not assist me because the purchase exceeded 30 days. The only option I was offered was to drive six hours to ******* for an inspection, with no guarantee of repair. This is completely unreasonable, especially considering I purchased the sneakers online and should receive online support.Initially, I requested a repair, but given the lack of assistance, I am now requesting a full refund. Selling a defective product at this price and then refusing to stand by its quality is unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Pradas handling of my recent purchase (Order Number: PRA_************) and the inadequate customer service response following their error.I placed an order through Pradas official website for Prada Paradoxe EDP. Instead, Prada erroneously shipped me a different product, Prada Paradoxe Intense EDP. Despite Prada clearly acknowledging their mistake, their policy places the entire burden and inconvenience of correcting their error upon me as the ******************************* requires me to return the incorrect item, wait for them to receive and process it, and then wait again for the correct product. The required signature for delivery further compounds this inconvenience as Im frequently unavailable at home. I escalated this matter to the Director of ***************** *******, who confirmed that Pradas policies prohibit any compensation beyond expedited shipping, which does not mitigate the significant inconvenience I have experienced.Given Pradas stature as a globally recognized luxury brand with a vast clientele, their current policy is wholly unacceptable. It demonstrates a lack of regard and consideration for customers who trust and invest in their premium products. Such unfair practices undermine customer trust and satisfaction, reflecting poorly on a brand that positions itself as synonymous with excellence and quality.This practice is fundamentally unfair to customers who are penalized for *********************** own mistakes. It is entirely unreasonable for consumers to bear the logistical and time-related consequences of Pradas error without any form of genuine compensation.I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene in this matter, encouraging Prada to reevaluate and amend their policies to ensure fair and equitable treatment for customers affected by similar situations.Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

      Prada Group *** will not refund my purchase that I returned. The package I returned was lost at delivery point (Prada office). Prada is insisting I provide an *** drop off receipt to process the return claim. I called *** the shipping company and they told me that the receipt is not needed to process the claim and that Prada is giving me the run around. My consumer rights have been violated. This company is not reputable.

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding issues with my recent online order from Prada Beauty.Order Details:* Items Purchased: 2 face serums, 1 face cream, and a free gift (dice)* Order Date: December 1, 2024 * Order Number: ************** Issue 1: Missing Item Upon receiving my order, I noticed one face serum was missing. After significant communication with customer service, I was refunded for the missing item. While resolved, this was still a frustrating process.Issue 2: Incomplete Return Processing After receiving the refund for the missing serum, I returned the remaining items (1 face serum, 1 face cream, and the free gift). I packaged all the items in the same box in which they were delivered and sent them back to Prada Beauty's warehouse. The package was delivered on December 16, 2024, and Prada Beauty confirmed receipt on December 17, 2024.However, on December 28, 2024, I was notified that only the free gift was processed, with a refund of $0 issued. The face serum and cream, valued at $800 pre-tax and $853 after tax, were not processed, despite being included in the same return package.This entire experience with Prada Beauty highlights significant issues with both shipping and return processing. Prada Beauty not only failed to ship all items in my original order, but also mishandled the return of the remaining items. It feels as though the company is either neglecting proper inventory management or intentionally attempting to withhold refunds by claiming missing items.I request the following:1. A full refund of $853 after tax for the returned face serum and cream.2. A review of both shipping and return processing procedures to prevent future issues.3.       I paid $3252 for this order on 10/17/2024 and they said delivered on 10/24/2024 but I didnt get any package here. Tracking information said package got lost. I contact Prada customer service, they told me they will file lost package claim with **** But *** email me said seller file damaged claim with **** Thats totally horrible Prada customer service did that . Then I contact them back. They not reply any more. Tracking said package lost and also shows signed by ***. We dont have any name *** from my home .agent said additional 5-8 days but now almost one month they didnt reply back . Please help. Thank you
