    On 10/12/2024, I attempted to view a show on BroadwayHD and was unable to do so. I contacted their support services via email and have no received any resolutions as of today 10/21/2024. I have received numerous emails from BroadwayHD and have tried the recommended remedies without result. The latest emails from BroadwayHD request my email, account, and information about payment information that I do not have because the subscription (annual) was a gift. The App on a TV with a Fire stick does not show my subscription, which was activated in May 2024. On their website, my account shows my subscription, but when I attempt to watch a program a message appears that says "Something went wrong." I have sent emails with this information and screen shots. They have replied with requests for account information, my location, and payment information, despite a prior email that confirmed that I have an active subscription.

    I bought a subscription to Broadway HD for a friend in March 2020. It is billed $8.99 monthly. My friend no longer uses it and I want to cancel the subscription. *** made numerous attempts to do this - supplying last 4 digits of ** credit card, my friends email, - and have had many exchanges w their customer service ppl by email. Im still being billed!

    My subscription was renewed in I believe July. Now I find I can save 50% because I am a member of the **************** After two weeks I have made four calls and two emails with no response from the vendor. The wesite is cricular and cannot allow me to implement this. I cannot even ensure I will not get an automatic renewal which I now no longer want!

    It seems you reached out to our support team twice in January where you were first given the code to apply on Jan. 24th for your next renewal (Sept to Sept) for your discount and you did not reach back out on that ticket and it was closed.  You did not reply to the message sent to you on Jan. 30th asking you for your account information.

    The Dramatist Discount is a code that is applied when signing up and good for one year of our normal price.  If you need further assistance, please reach back out and ask be be forwarded to the Operations Manager.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    My complant has nothing to do with my normal renewal, which does occurs in September.  I only learned about the *************** discount this month (February of 2023). I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT CAN APPLY TO THE RENEWAL made IN SEPTEMBER OF 2022.

    I will try to explain this to a HUMAN BEING there, but as noted, I failed to get a call back after two weeks of trying.

    You were trying to apply a discount code months after purchase which cannot be done.  The discount you are trying to use is a one time code so we instructed you to put it towards your next renewal.  If you have any further concerns, please reach out to support and ask to me sent to the Operations Manager.     On December 12, 2020 I bought a non-recurring year long subscription to Broadway HD as a birthday gift for my fiance. In December 2022, I realized that this non-recurring subscription had been changed without my knowledge or consent to a recurring subscription on December 12, 2020. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted customer support as I was charged for two years of a subscription I did not want, and at a higher cost than I originally paid (about $30 more). I was given a response that said they were unable to refund both subscriptions, even though 1) I originally bought a non-recurring subscription which was changed to recurring without my approval, and 2) I was told that I could only get a refund within 30 days of cancelling a year long subscription. I believe I am entitled to a refund after having been charged for 2 years of a subscription when I only wanted a 1 year non-recurring option. Minimally, I cancelled and asked for a refund within their 30 day period and was not offered that option to recuperate half of what was taken after my subscription was changed.I uploaded the 4 receipts I have, and you can see that my original purchase was for a non-recurring subscription

    I tried to cancel my subscription to BroadwayHD within the trial period and wasn't able to do it through my device. I opened a complaint with their support and after a lengthy process they changed my account information so I can cancel it. That was several months ago, and I noticed that I am still being billed.
