    I agree with all the reports below! This is certainly a scam. I did call a phone number and left a message, leaving a my email address. I am frightened about what may now occur. I am forced to leave a star rating, but this scam deserves NO STAR!!!! rating.

    I have spent hours trying to set up an account for my father who lives in a nursing home (and how loves theater). The system keeps asking me to set up new accounts while also confirming that I have account -- while simultaneously logging me off and not allowing me to complete the registration process. I have been unsuccessful in subscribing to the content for my father. It should not be this difficult to give a company money and get access to their advertised services. I went through their "customer service" which was nothing more than automated responses. Eventually I got to a person on the instant messenger, and this person *** was not able to help at all. She kept asking if I cleared the cache. I cleared the chache, tried logging in from different browsers, computers, and even a cell phone. Nothing worked. I an beyond frustrated.

    If you read ****** *'s response below. I feel the same. I ordered a subscription and was never able to get into my account because it would tell me that my password was incorrect. Tried to change it a number of times and it never worked. "Chatted' with a bunch of agents and never rec'd a resolution.
    Please do something about this horrible company!
