    Last year I watched the *** Playoffs just fine on HBO. Now as Max they require an upgrade to "ad-free" subscription to watch, which from what I can tell youre still subject to liberal ************** still advertise it on my homescreen, still has the "LIVE! WATCH NOW" button, and then straigh to the middle ********** guys are disgusting.

    They run ads but they don't call them ads, so no way to avoid them, even ad free runs the non ad ads!

    On multiple previous occasions I had set my account to not auto renew because we were not using their streaming service. I recently signed into verify that they had cancelled the subscription only to find out they had automatically renewed my subscription. The fact that I had to reset my preferences multiple times to not auto renew the subscription was frustrating, them proceeding to auto renew is ridiculous.

    I don't approve of logging in to see campaign nonsense on my dashboard. I don't support either candidate and would rather cancel my subscription then be subject to this garbage.

    HBO is a huge democrat and pushing ****** supporter. Their pushing ads against whites and straight people. I canceled my subscription because I will no longer support this c*** We need to stand up against this propaganda! I have young children who do not need to be seeing this. Im so offended by their disgusting ads. We need to stand up for our rights! Stop pushing this crap!

    ******************* has a platform : he has his own voice streamcast to the world on wildly popular HBO tv channel. And yet, he makes fun of those of us who have no voice, those of us who are stomped -- severely beaten -- for speaking our mind. As we hide in our houses crying out for help and telling our story to those who will listen, ******************* uses Real Time to make fun of us for our anger, our tears, our strife. What an entitled jerk!I am CANCELLING my HBO service because of this. I am hearby no longer a customer.

    HBO is abusing subscribers. HBO uses subscription to advertise Democratic Propaganda on channels 501 & 502 under the guise of entertainment, not propogating non entertainment and one sided political advertising. It time to cancel subscriptions use for political action.

    Why will the BBB not allow me to file a complaint? I would like a refund for the service. HBO Max aka MAX advertised that they had "Space Ghost Coast to Coast," "Superfriends," and a few other series that I only signed up to Max for. It was in their commercials.

    Simply put, the MAX app is garbage when using it to stream to the devices. I can stream all other video apps from my Apple devices through a Chromecast device without constant buffering, but not MAX. I have been working with my internet provider for TWO hours trying to get this fixed. When I attempt to call your published customer service line I get a recorded message saying that the number has been disconnected. Seems like HBO is saving money at my expense by reducing its customer service quality. I have canceled the app and HBO on cable from my **** package.

    I have been trying to cancel my account for almost a year with HBO MAX and they have not allowed me to do so. I went through ****** play and they also are not allowing me to do so!
