      I own a small business and was having a lot of trouble getting word out, as I'm not experienced with advertising at all. I reached out to the people at Yellow Pages Directory Inc. and found them to be very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful, and they helped me discover an advertising package that suited my needs and gave my business the reach it needed to get me noticed by new customers. So far the results have been excellent, and slowly but surely my number of clients has been increasing, as has for my hope that my business will be successful. And Yellow Pages has gone a long way towards ensuring that it will! I'm very pleased with the service I have received so far, as their representatives have been attentive and very easy to contact when I have questions. I feel that they have been going above and beyond what I expected, and I intend to continue working with them for some time to come.

      There is no easy facility to remove a listing on **************************. There are no instructions on removal of a individual listing. When I called them they told me they are no longer the company that listed my name without my permission. They said they had no information to suggest what to do even though my name appears on their ************************ sites.Please advise me how to get

      This client came to us unsolicited. He found us at the top of ****** for the search yellow pages. We are The official yellow pages trademarked by the US government. The trademarks are clearly identified on our homepage. The client was refunded even though there was no reason to do so. He filed false statements in his review and complete lies which is illegal in the state of ********. I please remove the review before legal action is taken. The client probably called the old phone book company and the person on the phone was not aware that we are the official yellow pages online. ****** a third party also verified our trademarks to give us the higher rankings. I will also file a complaint with BBB against his company for filing an inaccurate and fake review to get a refund.

      Scam! ************************* took my money to advertise in the Yellow pages. However, she will not post my massage ad unless I pay EXTRA for a premium subscription that cost over $2000 & then pay for additional reoccurring monthly fees to minimize my competitors ad. She said doing so will make me more visible in all the cities but many are on other islands!! Why would someone searching for a massage on another island need to find me? How many of you fly to get a massage?! Even people searching for a nearby massage on my island in downtown ******** would have to drive an hour to me. I'm trying to advertise to the local residents and tourists in my area. Was it the Yellow Pages or ****** trying to hustle me to pay extra since I don't need to be found in all those places? If shes a poor representative, she should be fired or is she just following Yellow Pages business practices? I just need someone searching for a massage in *******, ****** area to find me. Being the only licensed massage therapist out here or at least the only one trying to advertise out here, I should appear on the map each time someone does a generic search. I don't show up under the generic search, Male Massage Therapist, Massage therapist, Licensed massage therapist or even when I do a search for my specific business name Ace Heal Massage! Are they scamming other advertisers? They should be collectively sued for this fraudulent activity if so!! ************************* cussed me out then hung up on me. She smugly told me to contact her manager ********************* without providing contact info when reaching out to her again. Its been almost a year now since Ive paid to advertise. They may claim my year is up & that the ad had expired if you guys do a search of my business but I have screen video recordings that shows my ad never appeared at all within the last year. Small business owners please report if you have the same treatment. They should not be allowed to continue these deceptive practices. Shame on you! Scam!

      This is *************************** - My number is right on the website , so you never called - all your ads were put up , premium ads are 59 dollars a month (not 2000) - you can email me at **************************************************** so we can review your complaint and have it removed ....most of what you wrote makes no sense and does not involve our company so please send me an email. Filing a false fake review can something that your liable in the state of ********
