    I have been waiting 11 months for both my husbands and my lab results to be processed. Dante Labs was quick to take my $598.00 for payment, but they have not produced a single thing. I have emailed and called many phone numbers that don't seem to exist at all. I have never received a phone call or an email from anyone. It seems like they are just a bunch of crooks to me.

    I have been waiting for 9 months now for my DNA to be processed. I have emailed countless times and they say it will be soon. Still waiting.

    These guys are a scam. Had questions about the kit and they emailed me back very promptly with answers. Bought the kit and it's been 4 months with nothing. No response via email and my kits are delivered, but still "awaiting quality control"Would never buy from them again. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

    zero stars. How do we get our money back? It's been 2 years since I sent the results, multiple emails with no results. My credit card will only investigate purchases made within 90 days, so no help from them.

    Actual rating is zero stars which is not an option.It has been 32 weeks since my sample was recorded as received for Whole Genome testing by Dante. Their portal has been showing "Awaiting Quality Control Inspection" since October 2023. I have sent about 10 emails asking for updates and have received about 4 generic replies telling me my sample is still in Quality Control Inspection. If that truly were the case, the company would have an insurmountable backlog. Does Dante actually provide the services customers pay for? Is there any intent for the company to process my order?Dante would be committing fraud by offering services and taking orders without intent to fulfill those orders.

    STAY AWAY. If I could give 0 Stars I would. They took my money back during their Black Friday Sale and never sent me my kit. I contacted them 5 seperate times now and never got one response. Nothing. This is a scam, please save your money.

    This is a scam and should be allowed to do business in **. Order the test/blood kit and send them the sample. It is now almost 5 months with the same status Awaiting Quality Control Inspection (QC) Try to reach out many many times but no response. At least give me my money back.

    I ordered a $199 test and they sent me the sample-gathering kit, but they did not provide a prepaid label to send the sample back. I tried to contact them but to no avail. They provide only an email address to contact them, and the only response you get from them is an automated response. The chatbot on their site only provides you with the email address.THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, only bots that don't do what they say they'll do. I have tried to cancel the order but they don't respond to their emails. They have my money but I have nothing in return.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's evident that nobody is minding the store except to take your money and not provide the promised service. Easily the worst user experience I've ever had.

    I ordered 2 kits ($299 each) and within the hour, I canceled. According the the Consumer Protection Laws, I have every right to cancel up to midnight of the third day. They told me I could not cancel due to sequencing and have ceased communication with me. Upon further research, it appears that the sample report they depict on their website is false advertising. They submit raw data and it is up to me to take it to my physician to read and translate. Additionally, I am required to purchase the Gold or Silver subscription in order to retrieve the genome data from cold storage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
